This project aims to create a space that utilizes nature as part of the architecture in order to cultivate and grow simultaneously. Architecture is an ever-growing element in our everyday lives, and with that in mind, this project was created.
In order to do that, the main element that is introduced in this project is cultivating fridge, where customers can „harvest” their own vegetables and herbs to then be cooked or brewed at the kitchen section. By doing this, customers will be directly involved in participating to create a constantly growing environment in an architectural space.
The driving force of this project is the condition in Apgujeong area where not a lot of variations of architecture is happening. Therefore, this projcet goes beyond what was already available in the site and creates a new and interesting experience, not only to the customers but also to the passersby as well as the workers inside.
The layout was made based on the consideration of several design methodologies and languages, such as juxtaposition, connection, and inesrtion. Juxtapoisiton is created by the crossing paths of both the workers and customers area, while connection is created by visual connection all the way from the frst to third foor. Connection is also created from the layout on the frst foor, which goes from the harvesting activities, cooking, and dining. Insertion is created by inserting a circular structure in the middle to not only support the kitchen area, but also to house a spiral staircase that houses several herb plants that customers can also harvest. These herb plants are then used to brew their own cup of tea.

In the breezy and comfortable climate of Bandung city, the Twophased resides. The house is designed for a family of three located in Resort Dago Pakar, Bandung, West Java. The dwelling is intended to accommodate the family and their 6 cats as pets.
To achieve the fnal form of the house, the exploration of tectonic rules through models were conducted. The main keyword is connectivity through separation. This idea comes from the requirements of the family members that value their alone time while also times for gathering with each other. This can be achieved through the
integration of inserting threshold space, environmental boundaries, and transparency segmentation.
The programming was then applied in the site context through the tectonics. The nature integrated space in the middle acts as a connector as well as a separator all at once, because it connects the whole frst foor while also separating the 2 main masses in the house, which are the working & communal spaces.
The spatial arrangement is considered based on the programme that was initially proposed. In the front part, the
house will accommodate mainly the communal and leisure areas, such as living room and game room. Gradually to the back, the house will accommodate semiprivate areas such as working space (ofce) and kitchen. The utilities area is also located on the ground foor, close to the ofce.
Not only does the courtyard provide natural comfort, but it also acts as a space for the cats to play and for the mother to do gardening (her hobby). There is also a reading spot on the upper storey as the children like to read and wish to have a dedicated reading spot in the house.

location Banjarmasin, Kalimantan site 2.200 m2
Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world with the majority consisting of water bodies, including sea and other inland waters. Big islands such as Kalimantan and Sumatera have vast fresh water rivers that long since been used for local vendors to sell their merchandise through foating markets. This becomes the main background for this project, which is to provide support for the local street vendors and UMKM as well as making sure the
overall environment is safe and healthy, which can be achieved through openings for quality air.
Neo-hex Fish Market aims to provide a space for local seafood vendors that are in critical need of an adequate place to sell their merchandise. In addition, helping local vendors can boost the local economic state of Banjarmasin city.
The design takes inspiration from the local vista and neighborhood shape, giving the context a nod as to not build an “alien” building in the middle of an already established neighborhood.
The programming is made to maximize the land size as well as the view to the river. Noise from the nearby factories were also considered.

South Utan Kayu, East Jakarta, is home to the park known as Bronbeek Park. We selected this park because East Jakarta is where most crimes take place. We then go on to proper site concerns. This park, which has a square footage of 1,033, is situated next to the Matraman Regional General Hospital on the north side and is surrounded by homes for locals. A neighborhood security post nearby on the northeast side of the park adds to the feeling of security. The CPTED component is satisfed by the placement of garden benches and a vegetation barrier on the park’s perimeter on each of the three sides of the access, specifcally the west, east, and south sides.
By employing a design technique that unifes the entire garden space without having too clear borders, we put the idea of continuity into practice. One of the most crucial design elements to deter crime is the distribution of garden lights. The site’s placement in a residential area, next to a hospital and a security guard station, adds to the feeling of security.

Juliano FarrellThere are two types of houses, one was smaller and one was bigger. The smaller one was 36 square meters and the bigger one was 45 square meters in total area. The design was aimed for young millenial people who are constantly working, whether it be a nine to fve work or freelance work. Adapting an industrial concept, we believe that this housing concept matches perfectly well with the lifestyle that we young people have. The concept also adapts a “growing house” concept which esentially means that since the house is mirrored against each other, when the residents have the desire to expand their house, it can be done more easily.
