Kebero Court Evolve Neighborhoods Affordable Residential Kebero Court was the first new residential building to open as part of the Yesler Terrace redevelopment; designed to accommodate individuals and a range of family sizes. Kebero Court was named for a style of drum important to cultural traditions in East Africa, reflecting the heritage of many who will call Kebero Court home.

Zephyr Evolve Neighborhoods Affordable Residential The Zephyr Apartments are the first affordable residential units in the mixed-income redevelopment of Seola Gardens. The 25-units take advantage of natural light, are enery efficeint and wired for solar power. A central park and plaza are integrated into the new neighborhood.

Fairwind Evolve Neighborhoods Affordable Residential Fairwind is part of a mixed-income redevelopment of Seola Gardens, offering a mixture of affordable rental townhouses and flats complemented by parks and trails around the neighborhood.

Bay Terrace Evolve Neighborhoods Affordable Residential & Civic Bay Terrace is the redevelopment of three blocks, replaced with 140 new homes with the goal of transforming these blocks into a community of high quality, healthy and environmentally friendly homes.and a 7,000 sf Community and Education Center is at the heart of the revitalized Hilltop neighborhood.

Seola Crossing Evolve Neighborhoods Affordable Residential Seola Crossing is the first phase of replacement housing within the Greenbridge redevelopment, providing 177 townhouses, flats, cottages, and live/work units contained in 47 buildings that range from duplex to six-plex configurations and a hierarchy of open space ranges across the site.

Nia Apartments Evolve Neighborhoods Affordable Senior Residential The Nia Apartments, located within the Greenbridge Redevelopment, provides housing for independent seniors with 82 apartments and retail on the ground level.

Eastbridge Evolve Neighborhoods Residential Eastbridge is the most recently completed project in the Greenbridge community. The 91 units and 5 parks are spread out over two sites. The Eastbridge parks woven throughout these neighborhoods offer a variety of active and passive play.

Salmon Creek Evolve Neighborhoods Affordable Residential The Salmon Creek Apartments includes a mix of 88 townhomes, flats and lofts for low-income residents. In addition to the residential areas, commercial/retail spaces fronts Eighth Avenue Southwest – Greenbridge’s “Main Street.”

Sixth Place Apartments Cultivate Place Afforable Residential The Sixth Place Apartments, part of the Greenbridge Redevelopment, are 24 homes with an aggressive program to reduce energy use, and have met the 2030 Challenge, which sets interim goals on a path to carbon neutrality by 2030.

Fresno Chinatown Cultivate Place Afforable Residential The 4-story mixed-use project will house 57 apartments which are designed to promote equity and access to job opportunities. The development has applied for funding through the Transformative Climate Communities Program.

Center Steps Evolve Neighborhoods Residential A new 269-unit apartment complex just north of Seattle Center. Center Steps will have two buildings, eight and sevent stories with ground level retail, and a new public plaza.

Spring District

Evolve Neighborhoods Residential AMLI Spring District will connect and enhance the urban and suburban qualities of its surroundings in the greater Spring District neighborhood, with a goal of fostering urban livability. AMLI Spring District is the third and final residential development in the Spring District.

Ash Street Evolve Neighborhoods Workforce Housing & Retail New three-story, 31-unit workforce apartment community in the heart of Boise’s downtown.

Ash Street is anchored with commercial space on the ground floor of one of the buildings has the opportunity to be a community gathering area for the neighborhood.

2900 on First Apartments Connect Communities Residential This project includes the renovation and repurposing of an existing mixed-use building using the context of the city to redefine the community as an urban hotspot for city dwellers.

Three designs were proposed, with the preferred including over 130 units, updated amenities, re-located ground floor retail, a new pavilion building and an expansive park-like courtyard.

Sparc Evolve Neighborhoods Residential Adjacent to downtown Bellevue, the Spring District is an up-and coming urban mixed-use neighborhood encompassing commercial, residential and retail tenants, including hotels and restaurants. Sparc is the first phase of housing within the 16 city-block district.

AMLI Wallingford Evolve Neighborhoods Residential AMLI Wallingford is a mix of apartments and live-work units spread across two sites. Drawing inspiration from the docks, boardwalks, and boat houses in the area, just as a dock connects land and water, the development has an interior and exterior boardwalk connecting the communal spaces across two buildings through to the amenity areas.

Cultivate Place Residential - Workforce Housing Bridges@11th is a transit-oriented residential development in the heart of Seattle’s University District, designed to foster the health and wellbeing of its residents through the use of active design elements such as stairs, connective bridges, bike access and other active features.

Allez Evolve Neighborhoods Residential Allez appeals to both the nature lover and the city-dweller. The project’s design offers community amenities within its immediate vicinity, including a green open space which directly connects residents to an active outdoor pedestrian and cycle corridor along the river.

Hercules at Bayfront Evolve Neighborhoods Residential & Retail Bayfront is made up of mixed-use neighborhoods with integrated transit located along the waterfront in Hercules. When complete, the waterfront will include a pedestrian and transit-oriented neighborhood where water ferry, train and bus will be available to the residents and surrounding community in a single Multi-Modal Transit Station.

Block 67 Evolve Neighborhoods Residential & Retail Located just west of the Salt Palace Convention Center this mixed use development will incorporate retail, office, and residential space as well as a new hotel. The development will add more than 1.7 million square footage of new office, retail, residential, and hospitality space to downtown’s building stock.

The Mirador Evolve Neighborhoods Residential & Retail From ground floor up, the project possesses a unique façade for an otherwise standard building envelope that utilizes texture, material and form to highlight it as a distinctive destination. An established pedestrian zone set back from the street pulls in passersby, highlights the project’s retail base and activates the street in ways not currently taken advantage of in Bellevue’s downtown thoroughfares. The Mirador’s top floors employ duplex apartments that allowed the design team to offset the building’s profile and establish generous balconies.

Via6 Connecting Communities Residential & Retail Via6 set the tone for Amazon’s Seattle Headquarters, transforming a neighborhood with little pedestrian activity into a new tech neighborhood and retail core. The two-tower development features an interior “market street�, blending a vibrant mix of street-level uses, restaurants and leisure spaces mixed seamlessly with residential amenities to frame a complete residential experience.

Alley 111 Connecting Communities Residential & Retail Alley 111 is a mixed-use apartment community aimed at creating a pedestrian connection and neighborhood gathering place among the busy downtown streets. An active urban ‘alley’ creates a place for residents and passersby can connect and thrive together. This unique ground floor experience draws inspiration from neighborhood alleys that highlight locally sourced restaurants, coffee houses, and pubs.

Asa Flats Lofts +

Stewardship Residential Located in the Pearl District, Asa Flats + Lofts sits on a streetcar line that provides service to downtown. The project consists of high-rise and mid-rise towers and an upper level urban farm. The fourth floor courtyard, common space amenities begin in the street lobby, sized for resident gatherings, and include at the top floor of the tower a resident community/entertainment space with a rooftop Sunset Terrace.

Evolving Neighborhoods Residential 170 off Third is a high rise condominium project across from the San Francisco Giants’ Ballpark, a block from the CalTrain 4th & King Street station and a short distance to the BART along the Embarcadero.
