Cascia Hall Visitor Policy • All Visitors to Cascia Hall must have a pre-arranged appointment. • Visitors will enter through the main MS door or the main US door located on the Yorktown side of campus. • Visitors will push the call button located outside of each door. • Visitors will then announce who they are on campus to visit. • Visitors will not be allowed to enter until their visit has been confirmed by the receptionist. • Upon entry, visitors will have their temperature taken. • Any visitor with a temperature over 100.3 degrees will not be allowed entry. • Visitors will wear a face mask covering their mouth and nose for their entire visit and use hand sanitizer upon entry. • All visitors will check-in at the SchoolSafe ID Kiosk and receive an ID badge which shall be visibly worn for your entire visit. • Visitors will wait at the receptionist’s desk until they are escorted by the staff or faculty member they are scheduled to visit. • Visitors will not roam hallways and should avoid being in the hallways during the change of class or at lunchtime. • No visitors will be allowed during lunch. • No student visitors. • Alumni visitors will be prescheduled. • Any visit may be denied or modified for any reason without notice. • Visitors will comply with all emergency policies and with any direction by staff or faculty during their visit. • There will be a dropbox provided in the foyer of the main school but please email Mrs. Lochrie in the Middle School or Mrs. Fox in the Upper School (or relevant faculty/ staff) to let them know that you will be dropping something off.
