Outcome / Benefits  Integrate the recycler and the Advanced Cheque Reader (ACR) device with the teller application inside the branch environment (thin client and Citrix) via TCPIP  The recycler reduces the time spent by the teller to manage banknotes, count & identify damaged and false banknotes  The ACR reduces the time spent by the teller to execute Front Office Banking and Audit Transactions requesting those tasks to a Back Office team  Unico concentrates different flows in only one, binding the searching and insertion of the customers in customer’s data legacy system (Partner Data) with the other subsystem checking the quality of customers  Conto online designs a new process that the opening of current accounts, reduces the time spent by the Back Office teller and reduces the time spent by F&F (Finanza&Futuro) administrators in the compilation of the contract forms.
