Lucis One (HTC 91) is an expansion of the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, offering scalable offices and electrical engineering lab spaces that can be tailored to your needs. This is the first building in the further development of the southern side of the Campus, featuring premium architecture for high-tech pioneers, with high-end amenities both in and around the building.
With 11 floors spanning 45 meters, Lucis One is one of the tallest buildings on the Campus. Its flexible floor plans allow you to customize your workspace to suit your needs, prepared for whatever changes may come.

Lucis One is part of the sustainable expansion of the Campus. You can rent spaces starting from approximately 500 m² and enjoy your working environment from day one. Lunch, social events, and sports are just a few minutes' walk away in the vibrant heart of the Campus: The Strip, where a gentle breeze rustles through the trees.
Green spaces in and around the building Gardens on the facades and the roof blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The shared rooftop terrace features a gently rolling garden with diverse greenery and a walking path. From your workspace, step outside to enjoy fresh air and a stunning view of the Campus.

The entrance: welcoming and secure
The entrance of Lucis One offers a warm welcome for guests and employees. Central in the lobby are access gates with badge control. Guests and employees can move smoothly through while unwanted visitors are kept out.
The lobby: inviting and high-end
Dark tones give the lobby a warm, luxurious feel. The interior incorporates circular materials. The wall finishes are wooden. Pantries feature extra-large tiles, and the natural stone floor will last for decades.
Workspaces everywhere
Floor ducts provide electrical access to workspaces, and strategic data points ensure ultra-fast WiFi throughout the building. Lucis One offers optimal freedom to adapt or scale your workspace as needed.
Parking and charging facilities
Ample parking is available for both your employees and guests. You can park right next to the door in one of the spacious parking garages with extensive electric charging facilities. High Tech Campus Eindhoven has twelve parking facilities in total, comprising buildings and lots, with over 250 charging points for electric vehicles. There are also ample facilities for your electric bike, with charging points in every bike parking area within our garages.

LED there be light
All offices are equipped with integrated LED lighting in the suspended ceiling. Smart sensors automatically provide the right work light.
Technical installations designed for flexibility
The technical installations are distributed throughout the building via two shafts. Pantries and air ducts can be flexibly placed, even in meeting rooms at the corridor ends. The lower section offers extra shaft space for potential lab areas.
A sustainable aquifer thermal energy storage system
Heat pumps sustainably cool and heat Lucis via underfloor heating and induction units in each individual space, with heat or cold stored in the ground.
Excellent air capacity
For optimal ventilation, the high roof is equipped with air handling units that recover heat and moisture via a sorption wheel. Induction units in the rooms and ceiling grilles supply fresh air, and the return air is extracted via the suspended ceiling and diffusers in the restrooms.
Signage
For recognizable branding, there is an option to set up your own signage behind the glass, matching your house style and the building's appearance. Your logo will be prominently visible to the 150,000 cars that pass High Tech Campus Eindhoven daily.
Campus security
The Campus is freely accessible and simultaneously well-secured. With cameras and security personnel, we ensure that guests and employees always feel welcome, while we safeguard everyone and their belongings. Your office is secured with a digital access system. In the welcoming lobby, there is a reception and access gates secured with a badge system. Your WiFi network also meets the highest security standards, and visitors can use our public WiFi as well.
