Stephanie and Loreal co-founded Happily Ever Elementary, a business dedicated to helping fellow educators craft unforgettable classroom experiences through thoughtfully designed environments, hands-on activities, and one-of-a-kind resources that inspire creativity and spark a love of learning in students. Now they split an art teaching contract and are the creators behind Creatively Inspired and Retro Remix, two Carson Dellosa decor lines that can be found in stores nationwide. In the last several years, they have travelled to create content and present for various educational conferences. In recent years, working along side Get Your Teach On has revived their zeal for collaborating with other educators enabling them to share their best strategies, classroom tips, and practical solutions to inspire teachers everywhere to m impactful and fun!

Ashley Schroeder is a dedicated and passionate 2nd-grade teacher in Northeast Ohio. Ashley got first classroom in 2006 and has been bringing passion, creativity, and a commitment to excellence classroom for the past 19 years She is a proud graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Elementary Education and furthered her education by earning a Master’s in Education from Saint F University. Ashley is also LETRS-trained, which is rooted in the science of reading.
Ashley’s teaching philosophy revolves around the effectiveness and impact of a well-managed clas systems, routines, and consistent expectations. Drawing on her 19 years of classroom experience, meaningful learning experiences that engage every student, every time, while creating an atmosph community where every learner feels seen, heard, and valued.
This commitment to excellence extends beyond the physical classroom as Ashley actively engages w media and participates in, attends, and presents at educational conferences like Get Your Teach On She is passionate about connecting with other teachers, creating dialogue, and sharing practical, effective tips for turning chaos into calm in ways that maximize instructional time. Hey there! I'm Josie a teacher-turned-professor with a big heart for helping educators thrive. I spent nine years teaching 6th-grade science (yes, I am a crazy middle school-loving teacher). Now, I'm a professor at Illinois State University, where I get to mentor the next generation of elementary and middle school teachers—aka future classroom rock stars!

I want to remind teachers that they have a life outside of the classroom!
Outside of the classroom I love traveling, working out, and having a fun little drink at all times. My goal is to build a supportive community where teachers can share ideas, celebrate successes, and tackle challenges together.
