There are two types of tournaments or Leaderboards available at GetMega, Goal-Based Leaderboards and Rank Based Leaderboards.

In a Goal-Based Leaderboard, a player has to achieve a given set of net winnings score at specific PR’s to win the rewards. Usually, there are 5-6 step-by-step Goals in a leaderboard and the player is rewarded at each step.

In a Rank Based Leaderboard, a player is rewarded based on his Rank among the players participating in that leaderboard. There is also a minimum score criterion for Rank Based Leaderboards which needs to be achieved to be eligible for any reward against any rank.

This is the oldest trick in the book. Try to keep track of what other players are discarding (or picking up from discarded piles). This way you can guess what sequences/sets they are making. You can hold onto that card in order to reduce their chances of winning. For example, another player has picked up 8 and 10 spades. Then, chances are they are forming 8,9,10, and getting rid of your 9 of spades will help the player.

Keep a poker face :) The poker face will also help you in rummy. While you are observing others, keep your own moves hidden. Try to avoid picking up from the discarded pile unless you see a really good card. It’s better to pick up from the stockpile.
