Work-life balance. Is there really such a thing? I don’t know about you, but I get to this time of year and it’s like a volcanic eruption of excitement and exhaustion after what always seems to have been a big year. Try as I might, I can’t get that balance right, which begs my above question. There’s always too much work or too much partying, and not a “balanced” mix of the two. And at this time of year, it always leans to the “too much partying” side of the scale. I’m sure you get it? In this December edition, we’ve got a few things up our sleeve that will help you find that balance, we hope. At least that’s the theory.

He’s an amazing man and it was interesting to hear how the club has dealt with a multitude of crises (including injured players, bad player behaviour and negative press). There’s a lesson (or seven) in there for us all.
