Our specialist assessors visit the property within 48 hours, or at the customer’s convenience, to evaluate the damage. They prepare a detailed report with a repair quote, submitted to your team within the same day.
Using advanced project management tools, our assessors can often submit the claim directly from the site, speeding up the process and helping customers return to normal sooner.
Contact
A dedicated claims manager reviews the FNOL and reaches out to the customer within two hours. For quicker outcomes, we offer digital assessments if preferred by the insurer.
We provide in-house specialist reporting across services like electrical, plumbing and roofing. This integrated approach ensures accurate assessments and efficient solutions, streamlining the process for effective property restoration.
Claim Approval
All relevant photos and reports are submitted for your approval. Once approved, we proceed promptly with repairs.
Upon claim approval, the claims manager initiates the necessary documentation, including reviewing the scope of work and signing a Product Confirmation Form and QBCC contract.
Customers are assigned a Qualified Project Manager as their main point of contact, receiving a clear repair timeline and regular updates every three days. Customers can also track real-time progress through our online tool. Updates are provided every three days or in near-real-time through system integration.
We review all claims to assess our performance, focus on what worked well and identify areas for improvement. By analysing each claim, we continue to find new ways to enhance outcomes for insurers and customers alike.
