Entrance exams are required for admission to the UG and PG programmes at the GSL Medical College admission exams NEETUG and NEET-PG, respectively, are accepted for UG and PG programmes. Infrastructure: With a footprint of over 1,00,000 square kilometres and an astounding 85 acres, the university is home to a massive and remarkable infrastructure. All of the departments, libraries, and laboratories have ample lighting and good ventilation. The
buildings are surrounded by verdant lawns, which contribute to the atmosphere's freshness and health. The GSL general hospital is a part of the college. It is a multi-specialty hospital with 1,000 beds that strives to offer decent healthcare services to rural impoverished people at a reasonable price.
Lecture halls and labs: The institution is home to three sizable examination halls, each covering a size of 762 square metres, 300 square metres, and 250 square metres. More than 750 kids can be accommodated without issue.
The college also includes five enormous lecture halls, one of which can hold up to 500 pupils and four of which can each hold 240.
For both boys and females, there are separate common rooms available. The girls' common room can hold twice as many pupils as the boys' common room, which has a maximum capacity of 250.
Library: The 3,765 square metre, fully air-conditioned GSL Medical College library is located. For employees and students, the library is divided into distinct reading rooms. 500 kids can be accommodated at once.
In addition to 84 Indian and 61 foreign magazines, the central library contains an amazing collection of 15,589 textbooks. Additionally, it provides a digital library with 30 computers and wifi.
Hostel: For students travelling from outside the area, GSL Medical College also provides hostel housing on its campus. Both male and female students have their own hostel buildings. For teaching and non-teaching employees, interns, and nurses, the college also offers hostel accommodations.
The hostels are furnished with all the necessary amenities, including a cafeteria, grocery store, gym with all the necessary equipment, a sizable dining hall, AC and non-AC rooms, and many others.
