The Stabilization and Recovery Program Provides Short term stabilization resources, ongoing support and rental assistance to

Persons who are currently living in shelters
Persons who are currently sleeping outside
Persons who are victims of domestic violence, human trafficking or refugees
 Phase II will provide aid on a prorated basis determined by the program end date
53 households with 82 people are currently housed through program funds*

16 of the 82 people living in these rental or stabilization units are under 18 years of age
*1,913 additional households (w/ 3,690 people) have left the program after becoming self-sufficient or moving to a different program for support

Since the program start in February of 2022, the Stabilization Navigators have enrolled 4,243 households into the program.

- 112 remain active in the program - 4,131 exited the program - 1,913 became self-sufficient or transferred to other program funds
