The Stabilization and Recovery Program Provides Short term stabilization resources, ongoing support and rental assistance to

Persons who are currently living in shelters
Persons who are currently sleeping outside
Persons who are victims of domestic violence, human trafficking or refugees
Phase II will provide aid on a prorated basis determined by the program end date
316 households with 615 people are currently housed through program funds*

222 of the 615 people living in these rental or stabilization units are under 18 years of age
*1,649 additional households (w/ 3,148 people) have left the program after becoming self-sufficient or moving to a different program for support

Since the program start in February of 2022, the Stabilization Navigators have enrolled 4,031 households into the program.


Household Enrollment Facts:
- 417 remain active in the program - 3,614 exited the program
- 1,649 became self-sufficient or transferred to other program funds
