Program FAQ • Where do I go to sign up? Go to gerber-us.com/pros, and click on the “Rewards” icon. This will take you to the rewards page where you'll be able to sign up or log in. • Am I able to sign up with my mobile device? Yes, the rewards website is optimized for mobile devices. • How do I get my Visa Card? Once claims have been approved, you will receive your Visa card in 7-10 days. A first-time minimum of $25 is required for your card to be activated. Please note: A minimum of $25 is required each time a new card with funds is issued. • Is my card reloadable? No. • Does my card expire? The lifetime of the card is 6 months. • What is the process to claim my dollars? Simply follow the easy steps detailed below. Once you’re all set, you can begin to make your claims, by simply uploading a picture of your invoices. • How do I contact Customer Service? Please call 1-877-922-4483. Please note: Canadian taxpayers must report all income from employment, including tips or any other income not reported on T4 slips.

GERBER PLUMBING FIXTURES LLC LIMITED LIFETIME BRASS WARRANTY Gerber® Plumbing Fixtures LLC (“Gerber”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all Gerber branded kitchen and bath faucets, valves, and other related accessories or part thereof to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns it. All electronic parts are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. Batteries are not included. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear of washers, O-rings and O- ring seats, sealant, and lubricants. Gerber will replace, free of charge, during the warranty period, any product or part thereof that upon inspection proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal residential application. If replacement of the original part is not practical, GERBER may elect to replace it with an equivalent part or refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies. This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial, and business usage, whose purchasers are hereby extended a five (5) year limited warranty for non-electronic parts and one (1) year limited warranty for electronic parts from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty. This warranty also excludes installation outside of the United States of America, Canada or Mexico (North America), whose purchasers are hereby extended a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty. Any damage as a result of improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect or any use that violates the instructions furnished by us, WILL VOID WARRANTY IMMEDIATELY. This warranty is only valid to the original consumer purchaser and excludes industrial, commercial or business use of the product. Use of abrasive cleaners will void the warranty. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals. This will dull the finish and void your warranty. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. GERBER PLUMBING FIXTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LABOR CHARGES TO REPAIR, REPLACE, INSTALL OR REMOVE THIS PRODUCT), WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. GERBER PLUMBING FIXTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT OR IMPROPER OR INCORRECTLY PERFORMED INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR, INCLUDING FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION, CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS. NOR DOES IT COVER OR INCLUDE DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC LOSS. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE FAUCET. WARRANTY PARTS ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state, province to province. To obtain warranty service, contact your local dealer and/or contractor from whom you purchased this product or contact Gerber Plumbing Fixtures at (866) 648-6466 or support@globeunion.com. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt or invoice) from the original purchaser must be provided to Gerber Plumbing Fixtures LLC for all warranty claims.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON VITREOUS CHINA PRODUCTS Gerber® Plumbing Fixtures LLC (“Gerber”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this product that the vitreous china for all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under intended use for as long as it is owned by the original consumer purchaser, or for commercial users, for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Gerber warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all parts and components of Ultra Flush® products, Avalanche® products, and Suites, except toilet seats, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase, or for commercial users, for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to Ultra Flush products if purchased on or after November 1, 2004, and Avalanche products if purchased on or after January 1, 2014. Gerber warrants to the original consumer purchaser and commercial users that all parts and components of Maxwell® SE products, except toilet seats, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Gerber warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all parts and components of all other vitreous china products not mentioned, except toilet seats, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase, or for commercial users, for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Toilet seats are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Gerber will repair or replace any product or parts thereof that proves, upon inspection by Gerber, to be defective in material or workmanship during the above stated periods of warranty coverage. If replacement of the original part is not practical, Gerber may elect to replace with an equivalent part or refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies. Gerber will not be liable for any labor, shipping, freight, or any other costs or charges incurred in connection with removal or replacement of the product or otherwise acting upon the above warranties, or for any costs associated with repair or replacement of any other personal property, building or installation materials. Installation or use of the product not in accordance with product instructions or improper use, abuse or neglect of, or accident to the product, or moving the product from the location of its original installation will void the above warranties. Use of in-tank bowl cleaners will void the warranty. Damage to the finish or performance of any components caused by the use of cleaning solvents/chemicals or improper cleaning methods, including in-tank bowl cleaners, will void the above warranties. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) How-to Guide While we never anticipate a need for product to be returned, Gerber® stands ready to assist when certain occasions arise and a return is required. Products can be returned due to: • • • •

Stock Rotation Customer Accommodation Process Error Defective Product

STOCK ROTATION: • • • • •

One time per calendar year at purchase price without a restock charge Product must be in clean and salable condition Full case quantities, when applicable Must be accompanied by an offsetting order that is 150% of return value, unless program level dictates otherwise Customer is responsible for cost of return freight

HOW: • • •

Gerber representative completes an RMA request form and submits to regional sales manager for approval Upon approval, RMA # will be issued and product return is scheduled Upon physical return of product and inspection, credit will be issued within 7-10 business days

CUSTOMER ACCOMMODATION: • • • •

Does not arise from a process error or defective product A restocking fee will be assessed (25% for brass, 35% for vitreous china) Customer is responsible for cost of return freight Must be in saleable condition, no markings on package, and never installed
