Type Approval EC Whole Vehicle Type Approval is a way of making sure vehicles are safe to use on the road and respect environmental considerations. It comes into force for N2 and N3 category trucks in October 2014. The Crane Centre and Central Crane Technicians recently had their first worst case review meetings with the VCA and their first NSSTA approval inspections for the Scania six wheel rigid type are scheduled for October. Fassi UK and the main dealers continue to be assisted in their preparations for National Small Series Type Approval (NSSTA) by MIRA Ltd.
