The Benefits of a Customized Learning Experience Georgetown’s Custom Executive Education team has deep experience partnering with organizations to develop programs that address specific leadership needs within the context of the enterprise. Each organization is unique, with its own culture and practices. We will work closely with you to create a fully customized program and curriculum that works for your team at every level, to ensure smooth implementation and consistency along the development journey and to ensure the program fits your unique goals. We believe in cohort-based programs, where participants from an organization learn together. Together, we will design a program that ensures leadership lessons can be applied both individually and as a group. Modular programs, delivered in-person (at a Georgetown location or at your organization), remotely, or in a hybrid format, put leadership lessons – both theory and practice – within reach of all organizations.
