BASE SKETCHES
To this day, it is also the tallest tower in Africa. Its geometry is symmetrical, resembling an African mask. With a height of nearly 400 meters . All studies and synthesis are conducted through an advanced BIM process. The complete study of the tower involved complex interactive models integrating the dynamic properties of the structure.

VIEWS Characterized by a dynamic shape, Villa Loic evokes a continuous and lively movement within the Ivorian region.
Covering an area of 2,000 m², built on a site situated between two embassies, it reflects a new architectural spirit in this African country. Always in relation to nature, Villa Loic promotes the interaction between human beings and their environment.
