The purpose of a newsletter is to provide specialized information to a targeted audience. Newsletters can be a great way to market our product or service, and also create credibility and build awareness for the company as a commercial entity. Our first effort aims to communicate internally the start-up of the European Branch of Labthink.

Welcome to our Office in Neu-Isenburg Labthink GmbH is a reality!!!

Founded in 2020, the new branch of Labthink celebrates the opening of the commercial Office in NeuIsenburg, a suburb of Frankfurt. Neu Isenburg is close to Metropolitan City of Frankfurt and only 14 Km. from the International Frankfurt Airport.

In the 2nd floor of the famous Sirius Facilities Building, Labthink GmbH prepared the HQ for the European Adventure.

The office covers a surface of 95 s.m. and consists of 4 distinct rooms: •

The administration Room, where the coordination of the Company and the support of Sales Team, Technical Department and Management takes part.

The Technical Department, where the two Service Engineers have their Desks and their Workshop with working benches for repairing works.

•

The GM Office and the Management Office,

•

The Conference Room, prepared to receive up to 16 persons, fully equipped for training, and with capacity to support online Video Conference, online Training, real-time online service sessions.

Labthink GmbH, the European Branch of Labthink, now is ready to start the journey for success in Europe, with a strong team and the precious support of Global Labthink Group...

Service Engineer Desks with working Benches and Tooltrolleys for Inspection, Service and Repair Meeting Room, with online Video Conference infrastructure.

On screen Projections and Beam Projections are already available.

Video Conference is easy because of the pre-installed Audio facilities and Video Camera.

In this area we foresee a small Demo-Hall with selected Labthink Instruments.

Main Hall of Labthink GmbH Office.

It is designed to hold: - the Archive of the Company, - the accounting Folders, - the stationery material, - the Post Folders and Lockers of Employees to keep safely their personal items.

It serves also as a waiting room for our guests‌

Meet Mark Flanagan The new UK Sales Manager of Labthink GmbH :

Mark Flanagan is from Manchester, and since the 1st of October is a new and welcomed member in Labthink Family!

Mark, the new Sales Manager of Labthink GmbH, is responsible for Sales development in UK and Ireland, but what is for sure is that through his great experience and deep knowledge in Permeation Testers market, he is able to help the whole European Team and shall give us a dynamic boost in getting as much Market Share as possible in Europe.

Our new European Sales Manager, shall be based in Manchester, UK. His area of responsibility is UK, and Ireland where he is going to attack the local market with direct Sales approach. Moreover, we expect from him to supervise and support the sales of Labthink in other European countries, like France, Spain, Italy and Finland .

He worked as Sales Manager the last 9 years for SYSTECH, in the Permeation Testers area. As a specialist in Permeation, knows the competition in this segment thoroughly, and many times competed against them. He presents an excellent network of associates in the European flexible packaging Industry. A great network of Opinion-Leaders, scientific pioneers and Flexible-Packaging Decision-Makers. This ensures for Mark Flanagan, as well as for Labthink a great future and a quick penetration in the European market.

Mark is married and father of a marvelous 9years-old Boy. We had the chance to spend the first half of October together in Neu-Isenburg, where Mark received a detailed training on Labthink’s Products, Services and Culture. From the first moment it was obvious that he is definitely a perfect match to our team and we are looking forward to start working together in the European Market.

We are really happy to have Mark Flanagan in our Team, we warmly welcome him and we wish to him Health, Prosperity and lot of Success and Joy working with Labthink GmbH...

Technical Department in Germany With these new Service Engineers Labthink prepares for Europe…

Labthink GmbH welcomed also in October two new Service Engineers, Alex Plop and Kostas Christou:

Meet Alex: Born and raised in Romania, Alexandru-Konstantin Plop made his next big career step in Germany. He is a very experienced service engineer, with many years working as Service Engineer in the field. He studied electrical engineering in Cluj-Napocca, Romania. He speaks English and Romanian fluently, but can communicate in Italian and Spanish as well.

Alex is married and as he ensured us, he is thrilled to work for Labthink GmbH. We are also very happy to have him in our team, looking forward to start our activities in the technical support of European costumers.

Meet Kostas: Konstantinos Christou is originally from Greece, but he joined Labthink GmbH after he lived and worked in Scotland for 8 years. He holds two engineering degrees: one of Chemical Engineering and one of Mechanical Engineering.

Given that he has a long experience under difficult and demanding conditions, like working under polar weather, we expect him to be the engineer to fulfill even the “mission impossible”.

Kostas speaks English and Greek fluently and can communicate in Spanish and French.

After months of patiently waiting, we finally started our training with great excitement and motivation. During the first training phase, the engineers were introduced to the Products, Services and the Culture of Labthink in Europe and the future European strategy.

Since October 19th, in the second phase of their training, the newly recruited service engineers dive deeply in the study of technical aspects of all Labthink instruments. The training sessions are organized by Labthink GmbH and supported by Labthink Group. Tutors in the training sessions are experienced service engineers from both Labthink China and Labthink USA, proving that Labthink is a big united family, all around the globe.

The next year is expected to be an interesting and successful year for Labthink in Europe. A vital part of this will be affected by the performance of our service engineers. We wish them success and endurance!!
