Toqualifyasafamilycaregiverand jointheprogram,youmustbeatleast 18yearsofageandrelatedtothe personreceivingyourcare.
Youmustalsoliveinthesamehouseholdas yourfamilymember,andyoucan’tcurrentlybe receivinganyformofincomefromemployment outsidethehomeorviaahome-runbusiness.
You’llbeeligibleforfinancialaidfromHome NurseIncifyouperformdailytasksforyour familymember,includingmealpreparation, bathing,andotherlivingactivities.
Thefamilymemberinyour caremustbeeligiblefor GeorgiaMedicaidand participateintheCCSPor SOURCEwaiverprogramfor youtoreceivefinancialaid.
OnceacceptedintotheSFCProgram,Home NurseIncwillprovideyouwithprofessional coaching,personalizedcareplans,anda weekly,tax-freestipend.
