Mike has worked for nearly two decades in early careers at Barclays and more latterly through his Gen Healthy Minds business working with apprentices and graduates to help them to stay well and thrive on their programmes
George is an international wellbeing speaker, coach and author who has worked with individuals and corporates for over 20 years. He has designed and delivered wellbeing courses, bootcamps and written books on the topic
