OUR VILLAS
Pacific Coast Village offers a variety of villa designs, with a focus on making the most of the outdoors, year-round.
All of our homes are crafted with premium materials and finishes, with open-plan living and modern comfort throughout.
Neutral colour palettes provide a canvas to create and choose your own personalised space. All villas boast classic and well-appointed kitchens with quality appliances, and modern bathrooms including ensuite. Internal access garaging provides further ease and convenience.
Pacific Coast Village is set within 18 hectares of landscaped gardens. You can choose to look after your own garden at leisure or alternatively, have our gardening team attend to them for you.
THE HIKURANGI APARTMENTS

The 36 one and two bedroom serviced apartments are designed to be at the heart of our sociable supportive community. Communal lounges and dining area provide tasteful, comfortable surroundings where residents can enjoy delicious meals in a lively social environment when they choose.
We take pride in ensuring our apartments are more than just a beautiful and functional space and it is our privilege to provide flexible care and support that suits your needs.
The residents of Pacific Coast Village have preferred access to the Hikurangi Serviced Apartments.
We can provide assistance with everyday activities that aren’t as easy for you as they used to be, so you are able to continue to live a fulfilled life within a serviced apartment setting. Whether you require a few hours of support a week or more comprehensive assistance, we can provide various village service packages to suit your needs.
PACIFIC COAST CARE CENTRE
TE MANAAKI
Pacific Coast Care Centre - Te Manaaki, is a very special addition to the Pacific Coast Village, setting new benchmarks in residential aged care. The Care Centre is a modern facility with 57 highly appointed care suites over two levels, offering rest home, hospital level, and dementia care.
We provide high-quality nursing, and residential care, with a focus on the overall health, wellbeing, and interests of our residents. The name Te Manaaki denotes a place of support and care, where generosity and hospitality are tendered in an enveloping spirit of respect.
Te Manaaki has a variety of dedicated spaces to accommodate the needs and interests of residents, all conveniently located within the Care Centre. Multiple lounges and dining spaces enable social engagement. There is a designated craft and activity room, a learning and sensory room, and a reflection lounge on each floor providing a range of different spaces and experiences for residents to enjoy. There is also a dedicated wellbeing suite for visiting consultants and specialists.
CARE SUITES
The upper floor of the Care Centre accommodates 38 care suites and spacious living areas for resident enjoyment. This elevated position affords the residences views across the village and beyond to the nearby landscape. Each suite boasts a wet bar with microwave and refrigerator for resident and family convenience. Elegant custom cabinetry houses a 50-inch television and a well-designed wardrobe with built-in drawers and shelving for personal dressing. A fully tiled private ensuite with high end fittings and heated towel rail complete this lovely residence.
PREMIER CARE SUITES
The ground floor offers premier suites, these spacious and beautifully furnished residences include a dedicated dining and lounge area with heightened ceilings to further enhance the sense of space and quality. Each premier suite includes a large kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Integrated joinery features a 55-inch television and provides residents with storage and placement of their personal treasures. A stylish fully tiled ensuite with luxury fittings and heated towel rail lead through to a walk-through wardrobe with built-in cabinetry. Residents can also enjoy large opening doors to the landscaped courtyard and private patio.

The signature Beach House, is the heart of the Pacific Coast Village. It elegantly overlooks the village bowling green, Pool Pavilion and Summer House.
The Beach House is a comprehensive facility, including Bloom Eatery and Lounge, The Grill Brasserie, The Beach House Bar with billiards, an arts and crafts room, a multipurpose activity room, hair salon and spa treatment room, and a lavish 45-seat movie theatre.

THE BLOOM EATERY AND LOUNGE
A place inspired by nature and all its beauty, the Bloom Eatery and Lounge provides a more casual café setting, offering residents a calm and convivial place to read, eat and converse over a pot of tea or freshly-made barista coffee.
The delicious food available at the café is made daily inhouse. You can select from our blackboard specials that change each day, the freshly prepared collection of sweet & savoury cabinet offerings, or a la carte menu items.
THE GRILL BRASSERIE
The Grill, a brasserie-style restaurant, features a high quality a la carte menu for residents to enjoy alongside their family and friends. This elegant dining room with fireplace is extended by an outdoor deck for alfresco dining.
At The Grill, the menu is much inspired by New Zealand ingredients - fresh produce comes first and ensures the finished product is of the highest possible quality. Dishes are beautifully presented and packed with local flavour. As the name suggests, the mastery of the grill forms an integral part of the menu.
