Sale Terms & Conditions
Cash or Check. All cattle are to be paid for during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until proper settlement had been made. All cattle sell under the Suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Simmental Association. View update guidelines and conditions at www.simmental.org Semen and Embryos: Buyer is responsible to obtain within six months or guarantees are voided. Embryos must be transplanted within one year of the sale date.
