I come in various colours but my nurtients stay the same. I provide you with Vitamin C which your body cannot produce naturally. My goodness is found directly under neith my skin, so please do not peel me.

I am good for your skin as I contain Vitamin E which boosts your immune system. This means I help you fight away bad germs that can make you poorly. I also help your wounds heal quicker as Vitamin E is not produced naturally.

I contain a great amount of Vitamin A which helps to prevent your eyes from deteriorating (gettig bad). However, as I am rich in ‘Beta-carotene’ which is a pigment, I can turn your skin orange.

I grow naturally on palm trees. My iron content is important as I help more oxygen to flow around your body in the red blood cells. I am also high in potassium which helps to keep your heart healthy.
