PREfabricated steel pits & Accessories STEEL PIT DESIGN GEMCO design and supply a wide range of pre-fabricated steel workshop pits to exacting standards for both service and test lane applications (ATF & Class 4/7). Our pits are designed using the latest 3D software and can incorporate all necessary services such as waste/new oil and compressed air. Our designs also include all access requirements - whether steps, tunnels or ladders and we can produce any size required. Load bearing and structural calculations, including site conditions, are always taken into account, ensuring the product you are supplied is of superior quality and installed to exacting standards. MANUFACTURING AND MODIFICATIONS Production is carried out at our UK manufacturing plant and each pit undergoes stringent quality checks and certification before delivery. We are pleased to offer a 10 year structural warranty which covers water ingress and corrosion. In addition, we can incorporate installation frames for our ATF test equipment (brake testers and shaker plates/play detectors) at the factory which means the installation of your pit and equipment is perfect! GEMCO are specialists in petroleum regulation workshops (PET REGS) and can supply pits which conform to hazardous area regulations (DSEAR/ ATEX Workplace Directive). GEMCO also maintains a technical library with an archive of current technical standards and legislations. All of our pits are fitted with low voltage, long-life (10 year guarantee) LED lighting kits and pit jack/ jacking beam rails as standard.

HEADLAMP ALIGNERS The L.E.T. LUMINOSCOPE® PLA35 is a state-of-the-art headlamp aligner.
