ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS? TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAMPER, VAN AND CARAVAN RENTAL – EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW AT A GLANCE: INSURANCE: The rental price includes a fully comprehensive insurance. The excess payment in case of damages amounts to € 1,500.00 per damage event. The excess payment can be reduced to a minimum of € 500.00 by taking out an additional insurance (€ 9.00 per day) before departure.

RETURN DAYS: (Monday-Friday) until 10 p.m. We do not charge for collection and return days!

DEPOSIT: The deposit is intended to ensure that every hirer returns the rental vehicle in the same state as on collection day. The deposit will be returned immediately upon proper return of the vehicle. In case of improper return, the following fees apply: toilet cleaning fee € 70.00. In case of damages to the vehicle, please refer to the point “Insurance”. The full deposit of € 500.00 has to be paid upon handover of the vehicle. Cash payment only.

SHORT TERM RENTAL: Minimum rental period: 4 days (except for July/ August). Rental periods of 4 to 5 days are considered to be short term rentals and a short term rental surcharge of € 90.00 applies for campers and vans. There is a mileage limitation of 350 km per day and for every further kilometre a fee of € 0.30 will be charged upon return.

EXTRA FEES: Gas: April – October: flat rate of € 20.00 per week Winter rental: 2×11 kg gas cylinders / € 60.00 Toilet cleaning fee: € 70.00 only to be paid if the toilet has not been cleaned properly upon return (see “Deposit”) Handover and cleaning flat rate: € 120.00 for caravans, € 140.00 for campers. The flat rate includes: a detailed explanation of the handling of the vehicle, final cleaning of the vehicle – inside and outside (except for the toilet).

Dogs/pets: Of course you can bring your pet with you.

Should a greater cleaning effort be required due to more dirt, an amount of € 40.00 will be added to the cleaning flat rate.

Your advantage: You just come back from your holiday and do not have to be home one day prior to the appointed return day only to be able to clean the vehicle.

Legal transaction fee: 1% of the contract sum.

RENTAL CHANGEOVER: Monday-Friday, except for national holidays. You can plan your holiday schedule individually.

COLLECTION DAYS: (Monday-Friday) from 4 p.m. (please call for an appointment)

LONG TERM RENTAL: For rental periods longer than 3 weeks a 5% discount on the daily rates applies, for rental periods longer than 4 weeks a 10% discount on the daily rates applies.

Short term rental for caravans is not possible – minimum rental period: 6 days!

WINTER RENTAL: We also rent vehicles during winter – but not every vehicle from our rental programme. See catalogue page 10!

REBOOKING AND HANDLING FEE: We charge € 25.00 for reimbursements, fines, tolls, claims settlement and changes in the contract (during the same booking year).

The following causes of cancellation are covered: - Illness or death of an accompanying person - pregnancy complications - loss of employment due to a termination by the employer - serious damage to your property at your place of residence due to a force majeure event (e.g. flood, storm, etc.)

In any case we need a written confirmation (medical certification, confirmation from the employer, etc.).

EVENT SURCHARGE: During the following periods we charge an extra fee of € 70.00 for short term rental (4-5 days): 13.04. - 17.04.2017: Easter (Thu-Mon) 27.04. - 01.05.2017: National holiday (Thu-Mon) 24.05. - 28.05.2017: Ascension Day and GTI Meeting in Carinthia (Wed-Sun) 01.06. - 05.06.2017: Whitsun (Thu-Mon) 14.06. - 18.06.2017: Corpus Christi, Erzbergrodeo, Nova Rock (Wed-Sun) 30.06. - 02.07.2017: Formula 1 Grand Prix (Fri-Sun) 05.09. - 10.09.2017: European Bike Weekend (Tue-Sun) Subject to change of date by the respective organisers. For rental periods starting from 6 days no event surcharge will be charged!

MINIMUM AGE: 21 years CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation of the contract a service fee of € 37.00 applies. Furthermore, the following cancellation fees come into effect: cancellations up to 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period: 20% of the total rent; cancellations up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period: 50% of the total rent; cancellations from the 29th day prior to the beginning of the rental period: 100% of the total rent. We recommend to take out our Travel Cancellation Package.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION PACKAGE: For this package we charge 4% of the total contract sum.

The minimum charge for the cancellation package is € 50.00 per rental object.

SPECIAL SERVICE:

Free parking for your car is available during the whole rental period.
