Sustainable and Recyclable

AluAone® panels are highly sustainable due to exceptional corrosion resistance and recyclability.

Coating Performance

AluAone® coatings are strictly in accordance with the AAMA2605. We offer a 15 year warranty for two layers coated PVDF, and 20 years warranty for three layers coated PVDF coating.

AluAone® guarantees that during a period of 15 years from the date of installation, the product shall provide the following performance:

» The product will not fade or change during the warranty period in excess of 5E units, when measured according to ASTM D-2244 on exposed paint surfaces which have been cleaned of external deposits and chalk.

» The product will not experience a loss of gloss that exceeds 20% when measured on vertical exposed surfaces that have been cleaned of external deposits and chalk and compared to the corresponding values measured on unexposed original coated surfaces. The gloss shall be measured at an angle of 6- degrees and in accordance with standard procedures as defined by ASTM D-523.

AluAone® solid aluminium panels are non-combustible when tested to AS1530.1.

Structure

AluAone® solid is 100% aluminium that is pre-treated and coated with a continuous roller coating process. After drying the Kynar 500 PVDF coating on the surface of the aluminium has superior weather resistance. AluAone® also provides 3 or 4 layers of coating.

Fixing System

Cleaning

To maintain the appearance of the AluAone® panels we strongly recommend regular cleaning with appropriate mild detergents ensuring that the detergent is thoroughly rinsed off the facade. Never use cleaning products that are highly alkaline or acidic and avoid abrasive materials and paint dissolving solvents.

Facades that are located near a marine or industrial environment may need more frequent cleaning periods.

The following colours displayed are our AluAone® standard colours, however customised colours are available.

The paints we use include the world's superior brand PPG and China's top brand paints. All paints follow the KYANR 500 standard and meet AAMA2605, with the best durability, longest colour retention, excellent corrosion resistance, flexibility, resistance to wind, sand, abrasion and chemical resistance.
