Whenparticipatinginon-siteactivitiesattheBenjaminGaitherCenter,Iagreetothefollowing:

4. Iagreetolistencarefullytothedetailsandtimingofthetripandbefullypreparedtomeetandboardthebusatthe properdesignatedplaceandtime. Iunderstandthat,intheCity’ssolediscretion,Imayberesponsibleforpayinganyand allreasonablechargestheCitymayincurasaresultofmyfailuretomeetandboardthebusattheproperdesignatedplace andtime.

Furthermore,IunderstandthatasaparticipantoftheprogramIwillbeexpectedtodeparttheBenjaminGaitherCenter andreturntothesaidlocationwiththegroup. Anydeviationfromtheactivityitinerarywillprecludemefrom participatinginfuturetrips,activities,orotheroff-siteadventures.

Trip&ClassCancellations

1. Tripsandclasseswillbecancellediftheminimumnumberofregistrantshasnotbeenmetbythedeadline. Ifthis occurs,afullrefundwillbeissuedtoallregistrants.

2. Ifthedetailsofatriporclasschange,allparticipantswillbenotifiedandgiventheoptiontowithdrawwithafull refund.

3. Ifaregistrantneedstocancelbeforetheposteddeadline,a$2processingfeewillbechargedandarefundwillbe issued.

4. Ifaregistrantcancelsafterthedeadline,effortswillbemadetosellyourseat,ifnot,arefundwillnotbeissued.
