A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO & COO

When your job is to create a moment with someone that lifts them up, makes them feel better, and enhances their quality of life, you know you are in the right industry. Across our organization, at all of our clinics, we talk with the teammates and patients who personify "a great place to work," and we see the TPG Way in real time. As leaders within the company, our primary focus is to make sure everyone is coming to work with a purposeful excitement around the culture and environment we have all developed. This energy is contagious and extends to each connection and patient interaction.

Then, every February when the physical therapy world comes together at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting, our profession shines even brighter. Nothing fuels professional motivation quite like being surrounded by thousands of eager, enthusiastic, and extremely talented clinicians ready to enter the field and put all of that fresh knowledge into practice. As we looked across a sea of booths in the exhibit hall, attended outstanding presentations by our own team members, reconnected with many familiar faces, and made new connections, we left Boston inflated with pride. We couldn’t be prouder of what has been created here at TPG, to talk about our family of brands, to welcome new teammates, and to celebrate our future with the incredible team that has been built. The TPG Way is not a business slogan, it is who we are and it is our legacy.

Being a resident expedites your path to expertise in the field of Physical Therapy. Mentorship EMPOWERS the mentee to be able to achieve greater understanding more quickly. Serving as a faculty member in the residency allows more experienced clinicians the ability to CONNECT to the next generation of driven clinicians and EXCEED the limitations we have when working solo. It allows everyone to learn and support others as we all strive to be BEST-IN-CLASS physical therapists.

Are you a new graduate clinician or have less than a year's experience? Are you looking to elevate your clinical skills and continue on the fast track to clinical expertise?

Then the New Graduate Success Program is just the right fit for you! The NGSP is for clinicians with one year of experience or less in the Physical or Occupational Therapy setting that are looking to grow their skillset. The comprehensive mentorship program is a one-yearlong program and covers the following topics in both a live educational session as well as live interactive journal club sessions to solidify your knowledge base.

The program officially kicked off in Q4 of 2023 and our ambassadors have already proven to be extremely creative and dedicated to driving a positive clinic culture. During the busy holiday season, our culture ambassadors gave back to their communities through several food drives and toy donation collections. Along with that, they helped plan awesome holiday parties. Thank you for creating so many smiles!

As we look ahead in 2024, our ambassadors will continue to focus on team building, participating in community initiatives, celebrating team milestones, and more! The culture ambassadors are working closely with their teammates and the HR department to increase companywide communication and employee engagement! Through the TPG Times, Quarterly TPG Way Awards, Beyond the Stretch, Kudos, etc. our ambassadors will help highlight team members by sharing great news and personal achievements.
