Then, every February when the physical therapy world comes together at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting, our profession shines even brighter. Nothing fuels professional motivation quite like being surrounded by thousands of eager, enthusiastic, and extremely talented clinicians ready to enter the field and put all of that fresh knowledge into practice. As we looked across a sea of booths in the exhibit hall, attended outstanding presentations by our own team members, reconnected with many familiar faces, and made new connections, we left Boston inflated with pride. We couldn’t be prouder of what has been created here at TPG, to talk about our family of brands, to welcome new teammates, and to celebrate our future with the incredible team that has been built. Being a resident expedites your path to expertise in the field of Physical Therapy. Mentorship EMPOWERS the mentee to be able to achieve greater understanding more quickly. Serving as a faculty member in the residency allows more experienced clinicians the ability to CONNECT to the next generation of driven clinicians and EXCEED the limitations we have when working solo. It allows everyone to learn and support others as we all strive to be BEST-IN-CLASS physical therapists.

The program officially kicked off in Q4 of 2023 and our ambassadors have already proven to be extremely creative and dedicated to driving a positive clinic culture. During the busy holiday season, our culture ambassadors gave back to their communities through several food drives and toy donation collections.
