BEYOND THE STRETCH

At Therapy Partners Group, we spend a lot of time talking about the life-changing work happening inside the clinic walls and for good reason. Our clinical team members are on the front lines of care, helping patients heal, grow stronger, and reclaim their quality of life. But today, we’re shifting the spotlight to the many teammates whose work is no less essential those who may not treat patients directly, but whose contributions are felt in every meeting, every appointment, and every success
The truth is, patient care doesn’t start when someone enters a treatment room. It begins long before that with a phone call, a referral, a website visit, or a welcoming face at the front desk. It’s the recruiter who found the right therapist for the right clinic. The credentialing team that ensured licensure and compliance. The IT professionals who keep our systems running, our data secure, and our teams connected. The HR professionals supporting our teams behind the scenes, and the marketing experts helping patients find the care they need.
It’s the front office staff who make that first impression, navigating schedules, verifying insurance, and creating a welcoming, stress-free environment It’s the finance and billing teams who ensure the entire care process is sustainable and accessible It’s the operations leaders managing logistics, workflow, and resources so our clinics can run at their very best. Every single touchpoint, every background process, every act of coordination contributes to helping someone move forward in their therapy journey.
It truly takes all of us.
While our clinical team members help patients regain strength and mobility, it’s the collective effort across every department (seen and unseen) that makes it all possible Healing may happen in the treatment room, but getting there and staying on track takes the entire TPG organization working in harmony, behind the scenes and at every step along the way.
So today, we say thank you to our non-clinical teammates. Your work is not just operational, it’s foundational. You are integral to our mission, and our success depends on your dedication, your talent, and your care.

When I made the decision to pursue my OCS, I knew it would take a serious commitment, not just to studying, but to deepening my clinical reasoning and staying up to date with current evidence. I used TPG’s Advanced Clinical Pathways to help guide the structure of my prep, which was incredibly helpful for organizing the material in a way that was manageable and relevant.
Outside of that, I spent a lot of time reviewing literature, CPGs, and case studies on my own, but I definitely wasn’t doing it alone I was lucky to have the support of my dad, Rick Jusko, a dedicated PT and fellow Orthopedic Clinical Specialist It was a full-circle moment to be able to lean on his experience, talk through complex cases, and challenge each other along the way. Just as important was the daily encouragement I received from my team at Seattle Hill Physical Therapy. I’m so grateful to work in a clinic where growth is encouraged and supported. Our director, Meg Gibbons, was especially instrumental. Her leadership and unwavering belief in my potential helped me through this process.
Now that I'm a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, I have the extensive education that has equipped me with a deep understanding of the neuromuscular and musculoskeletal system, allowing me to diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions. This ensures that my patients receive the most effective and cutting-edge care available
I'm excited to bring that expanded clinical lens into our practice, to elevate patient care, support our team, and continue building a culture of learning and excellence I’m proud of the work I put in to get here, and I’m even more excited about the many ways this will shape the way I advocate for my patients and provide clinical mentorship for my colleagues every day

Karla Alvarez, Intake Coordinator, creates unforgettable interactions every day! Karla says, “I always get the Do you know that person? from my coworkers - it might be the way I speak to patients, but I am the way I am in person as I am on the phone. If I can help in any way to make the patient experience more enjoyable, I will do my best to make that happen. I have learned over the years that we as humans just want to be heard, so if telling me a joke in the middle of me making your appointment is what you need to make this experience enjoyable, I will be glad to hear it.

Thomas Klopfenstein & Aileen Castro set the gold standard for Patient Care Coordinators. We appreciate their dedication and attention to detail with the TPG processes - not only do they improve the patient experience, but they allow our clinics to GROW!
Clinic Director Steve drives success by implementing front office process changes with precision and timeliness, enabling his team to quickly understand and apply them for impactful results.
Intake Referral Sorter, Nina Mosell, loves working with our offshore team to help make sure that TPG’s automated processes are working smoothly, creating a cohesive environment for referral processing.

“I believe team members who are engaged, supported, and recognized in their clinic/department are empowered to provide exceptional care and a great patient experience. As an HR Business Partner, I focus on connecting with leadership and clinical teams to ensure we are creating a culture where employees feel comfortable reaching out, confident their concerns will be heard, and encouraged to share new perspectives.
By actively listening, asking for feedback, and driving changes based on received recommendations, my team works to develop initiatives that enhance the employee experience—focusing on areas like culture, communication, compliance, wellness, training and development, etc. My goal is to maintain an open mind, provide support, and better understand each clinic’s unique challenges and day-today operations.“ -Tanner Brackett (HRBP)
“Everything that my team & I do affects every employee, & in turn, every patient. If we were to stop maintaining and upgrading equipment, processes, & applications it would become quite difficult to leverage our existing technology to treat patients. Our goal is to make life easier or simpler for all.” -Will Gable (IT Help Desk Manager)

“I'm proud to work with an IT team that excels at bridging the gap between technology and our coworkers, and especially those in the clinics. Whether it's phones, computers, or software programs, our goal is to give our coworkers the tools to make things easier and more efficient through various technologies. Given the rapid pace of technology and software changes, our systems would fall apart very quickly if we stopped moving!”
- Stephen Larson (IT Integrations Manager)

“The most important role of our team is the payment of bills for all of the clinics. From rent to utilities to clinic supplies to credit cards to everything in between, our team handles the processing from beginning to end.” -Laura Mulligan (Accounts Payable Supervisor)

“Working in talent acquisition, our work is rooted in long-term relationship building that can take place over months or even years. These relationships are built with our students on clinical rotation, our current technicians going to PTA or PT school, and staying in touch with clinicians at competitor clinics who aren’t quite ready to make a move. Our team is also the first to check in with our new grads as they study for boards, wish them good luck on their exam, and celebrate with them once they pass!
When a candidate expresses interest, we collaborate with the clinical team to see if it’s a good fit - and once an offer is accepted, our job doesn’t stop there. We keep in contact throughout their onboarding process until their first day in the clinic.
It takes a lot of time, effort, and care to bring our new team members on board. Our work can be challenging, but it is very rewarding to see our new hires thriving in the clinic!” -Becca Howe (Talent Acquisition Specialist)
“The basis of our education team is a structure that is truly unique and innovative. I am beyond proud and excited about the network and team I have built within TPG. What started as a passion to keep the student experience as community-based as possible has grown to be essential in positive experiences for both Clinical Instructors and students. Without the time commitment, passion, and interactions of my SCCE team, students would be randomly assigned to clinical instructors versus taking the opportunity to identify student needs and CI strengths. -Fatema Ghani (Director of University Relations)

“As a Comms Specialist at TPG, I serve as a bridge between our teams, our brands, and our shared mission — ensuring that the incredible work happening across our organization is seen, celebrated, and shared. One of the parts I love most about my role is the opportunity to work with all of our brands. From internal storytelling to external advocacy, I help share the full scope of who we are.” -Ashley Pastore (Communications Specialists)

What’s one thing you’ve fixed, organized, or improved that made life better for your team or patients? “As CCO and Head of Marketing, I’ve created several custom GPTs for people in the industry to use for marketing. My team and I have also created many clinical education programs to help clinicians become more efficient and skilled, which helps patient outcomes.” -Jennifer Allen (Chief Clinical Officer/Head of Marketing)

It is truly an honor to stand here today and speak on behalf of someone who has made an incredible impact not only on our program but on every team, athlete, and colleague fortunate enough to work alongside her. Today, we celebrate the graduation of our Division I sports physical therapy fellow — Allison.
From day one, Allison brought a contagious energy into every space she entered. You could always count on her to brighten a room sometimes literally, with her subtle Disney gear. Her love for all things Disney is more than just a fun fact; it speaks to a deeper part of who she is: someone who believes in magic, possibility, and happily ever afters and who brings that same belief into the work she does every single day.
But behind that Disney sparkle is one of the hardest-working individuals we've had the privilege of mentoring. Allison approaches every challenge with determination, professionalism, and an unmatched drive to grow. She embraced every opportunity to learn, and even more impressively, sought out feedback — not just with openness, but with grace and a genuine desire to improve. And when she offered her own insights and suggestions, they were always thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in the same purpose: making the environment better for everyone.
Allison — congratulations. Thank you for everything you've given to this program and to each of us. We know the best is yet to come, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. Here’s to your continued success and to always keeping a little Disney magic in your pocket.

TRANSFORMING REHAB,
PERFORMANCE, AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING TH OUGH THE USE OF FORCEPLATES

In the evolving landscape of physical therapy, technology continues to play a pivotal role in enhancing clinical decision-making and patient outcomes. Among the most impactful tools gaining traction in both sports and general orthopedic settings are force plates devices that provide objective data on movement, balance, symmetry, and power, amongst many other things. Their adoption is revolutionizing how physical therapists assess, treat, and track patient progress across a variety of populations.
For sports physical therapy residency programs, access to force plate technology like ForceDecks is a major advantage. It allows residents to become proficient in high-level testing procedures, biomechanics interpretation, and data-driven return-to-sport strategies skills that are increasingly expected in elite performance settings. This hands-on experience not only elevates the resident's clinical competencies but also increases the notability and appeal of the residency program itself.
Force plates are no longer just tools for elite sports teams they are becoming essential instruments in modern physical therapy practice. Whether enhancing the care of post-op knee patients or refining the return-to-play process for a high-level athlete, their utility is vast and growing. For physical therapists and residency programs alike, investing in this technology means investing in better outcomes, more precise care, and future-ready clinicians.
