KatieDenova is an Agriscience teacher at East Ascension High School in Gonzales, Louisiana. Katie was born and raised in Ascension Parish and graduated from Dutchtown High School. After high school, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Nicholls University. She went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at ULM. Over 8 years of teaching, Katie has taught courses in Nutrition, Child Development, Environmental Science, Agriscience Levels 1-3, NCCER Core, Carpentry Levels 1-2, and Welding Levels 1-2. Katie is passionate about helping students reach their full potential and discover careers they might otherwise not be exposed to. In addition to pushing students, Katie also enjoys mentoring other teachers by being a member of the school Leadership Team. Outside of her career, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her husband Garrett and their one-year-old son George outdoors.
CameronCampbell currently works as a pipeline mechanic for Energy Transfer. Cameron also spends two nights a week at ABC Pelican teaching Millwright Level 2. Cameron first started to learn the millwright trade nearly a decade ago while working for Turner Industries. While learning millwright in the field, he also attended ABC Pelican and graduated in the spring of 2017.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys spending time with his family, as well as hunting and fishing. Cameron lives in Thibodeaux, LA with his wife and two sons.
is President of the Maintenance, Turnaround, and Specialty Division of Turner Industries Group, L.L.C. He has over 35 years of experience in the industrial sector heavily focused on execution of maintenance, turnaround, and construction services and has been with Turner for 27 years. In addition to his current duties, he also provides executive sponsorship to many of Turner client accounts. Over the years, he has led several multi-site alliance agreements which are designed to deliver the “Best Value” to our customers by improving safety, quality, and productivity while lowering cost of ownership for these services. Working safe is a core value at Turner and we must protect human life with all that we have. Our people are our most valuable resource, and we take pride in fostering a culture of safe work performed by empowered people led by visible leaders in safety. Troy is a Past Chair and current member ICC (Industrial Contractor Council) Steering Committee, member of LSU’s (CIAC) Construction Industry Advisory Council, and member of LCIA.
Troy received a Bachelor’s degree in Construction from Northeast Louisiana University. He is the proud father of two daughters and one son. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and fishing.

Jonathan is a native of Mississippi where he received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University. Jonathan has been with ExxonMobil for 17 years beginning his career in 2005. Jonathan serves on GBRIA’s Board of Directors and Co-Chairs GBRA’s new technology committee. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife Susan and their son and daughter.
