Interior Space To accommodate green performance of tenant spaces which are not directly control by the Building Management, but Tenant’s The site and the building condition are given, but tenant have 100% chance to determined selection process.

Tenant will get significant points for GREENSHIP Interior Space if the building is already a Green Building.

It is about tenant policies to promote sustainability…. which subjected to tenant space….

GREENSHIP NEXT RATING TOOLS Housing To accommodate green performance of housing area.

The site condition consist of 3 floors and below.

Housing area is a part of neighborhood area, with a certain boundary and focused on dwelling purpose.

Neighborhood Development To accommodate green performance whole neighborhoods, part neighborhoods, or multiple neighborhoods.

The site and the building condition consist of combination from tens, hundreds or thousands of building plots (high-rise and housing) and non-built land, such as roads and parks, and in developments such as “new towns�.

The project will get significant points if some high-rise buildings and housings was already Green.




