CROWNOVERNEWHOME RICHMOND,INDIANA Thedesigngoalforthislocationwastoprovidethe clientwithacozysecondhomethatliesonasmall portionoftheirfarmland.Thishomeincludesthree bedrooms,onemastersuite,homeoffice,greatroom opentokichen,kid'splayarea,two-cargarageand spaciousoutsidepatio.Myprocessforthishome wasstartingwiththeclientswantsandneeds.I sketchedinRevitafewoptionsbeforemoving forward.Afterdiscussingthoseoptionswith Architect(NateLogston)anoptionwasselectedand Idesignedtheprogramforthisspacefromsketches toconstructiondocuments.Designingthishome wasagreatopportunitytolearnaboutbuilding codes,permitprocessanddetailedconstruction documentation.

ThirdYearStudio:GroupProject ProgramsUsed:Revit2015&Photoshop NEOGRAINSTUDIOPROJECT OXFORD,OHIO NeoGrainStudiosisalivingcommunityfor2Dart undergraduatestudents.Withanemphasison collaboratingthroughsharedlivingandstudio spaces.NeoGrainStudiosprovidesresidentswitha comfortablespacetoinspiretheircraft. LocatedonthecornerofCollegeandWalnut, NeoGrainStudiosisanadaptivereuseoftheLane Librarybuildingconstructedin1974.Witha revitalizedrusticaesthetic. Takingmaterialityintoconsideration,NeoGrain strivestopreservetheintegrityoftheoriginal structure.Modularitythroughfurniture,spaceand productdesignisemphasizedthroughoutthespace.
