Members Driving The Industryagenda

The conference concluded withapanel and session to determine wherethe BPMA candrive theagenda. This brought together distributor AD Merchandise’s commercial director NickGreen, Colette Jeanes, procurement &sustainability director forProminateinthe UK,and co-founder of Project Merchandise, JeremyBenson, who spoke about their drivers forsustainable success.

Agreeing education in theindustry wasparamount, thepanel discussed a range of approaches andideas. Themes of transparencyand responsibilitywere central to theviews shared and theneed to really get to grips with‘end of life’ forproducts in our industry. Allagreed everybusiness needed atop-down commitment to really delivercommitment to theprocess everycompany has and will need to go through while recognising the path of continuous improvement ahead.

Wrapping up theConference, the BPMA heardfrommembers of theneed forthe Association to drive theagenda withfull commitment from members whichincluded cleardirectivesonareas suchasrepurposing, recycling and measuring theimpact of theindustry.

Promising moretofollowinthe coming weeksand months, the BPMA has aclear agenda to lead the worldinsustainable best practice forpromotional merchandise.
