SELECTED WORKS

this eight meter chronicle of sketches explores multiple forms using charcoal. shadow is amplified to enhance the facial profiles that arise from a squiggle.

the placement of both pieces on crumpled muslin, with oversized pushpins, challenges the size of works involved, albeit large in size.

symmetry and materiality are challenged when the familiar treatment of plaster and the unfamiliar application of laser cut board are combined to create tonal plains of texture.
