Next Hub is strategically situated at the top of two levels of a boutique building. Next Hub will fulfill various needs of those in higher education while juggling busy lives, such as a place for students who are enrolled in online coursework to gather and engage with others. The space is to be flexible, technologically advanced and allow for both focus and collaboration.

Pizza Hut has been in the search for a new corporate office space. The client found a beautiful 30,000 sqf. space located in the heart of Dallas. The space will occupy one of the floors of the PWC building. The goal of the new space was to provide space to bring in new employees for the growing company as well as have the space divided to fit the different needs of each of the departments. The design was stylized around the classic “Brick pizza oven.” throughout the space.

Inspired by the 1950`s, Garonzik Farm is filled with eccentric pop art collected over the years. The client is building a new home designed around their personal taste. The client is 32 years old and married with two young children. This home is the next step of life and to bring her parents closer. The client wishes to incorporate her taste for retro design and favorite art pieces into her new home. The home must meet the needs of her parents with an ADA bathroom and maintain an overall open floor plan.

The scope of the project included an adaptive reuse of a barn, in which one of the key exercises was creating a staircase

An Auto Cad project Inspired by a classic Denton home. The home was designed by an Austin architect and built in 1903 in the popular Colonial Revival style. The home expresses both classical influences and Victorian flourishes.

This is exercise tested Auto cad abilities and problem solving. The house was calculated by using only a few existing dimensions. This exercise also required adding a set of stairs that would properly reach the second floor.

N. DAMAGED FIREPROOFING SHALL BE REPAIRED/ REPLACED TO MATCH EXISTING.

O. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL DEMOLISH ANY EXISTING ABANDONED VOICE/DATA CABLING AND DEAD OR NON-USE ELECTRICAL BACK TO PANEL. ALL RECEPTACLES NOT REUSED ARE TO BE REMOVED, PATCHED AND PAINTED.
