MUNCIE ARC PARKING GARAGE Muncie, Indiana
Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for the City of Muncie on this new, 400 space, three-level parking garage. Constructed adjacent to the downtown convention center, the garage also provides parking for the new ARC Hotel, a Courtyard by Marriott, also constructed by Garmong, and designed to serve as a teaching center for persons with disabilities who wish to work in the hospitality industry. The parking garage was designed to accommodate disabled travelers, as well as provide space for bicycles and electric cars.

TERRE HAUTE CONVENTION CENTER Terre Haute, Indiana
Garmong is serving as Construction Manager for the 42,800-square-foot Terre Haute Convention Center. Located in the downtown area, the facility is largely single-story with a main ballroom, which will accommodate up to 1,000 people, and a full-service kitchen area. The structure will also include a two-story section that will house the Larry Bird Museum on the first floor and administrative areas on the second floor. We will also construct a five-level, pre-cast parking garage to accommodate the Convention Center.

I-69 COMMERCIAL RAIL LOGISTICS CENTER Washington, Indiana
This 58,000-square-foot truck/rail logistics center features 40,000 square-feet of immediately expandable shell space, an enclosed 18,000-square-foot cross dock and a large exterior center-beam rail car cargo transfer pad. Garmong served as the Design-Builder in partnership with the Daviess County Growth Foundation. Garmong’s role was multi-faceted including forecasting of the economic development implications of the project upon the surrounding region, the creation of site development standards, and determination of required infrastructure and access road improvements.

CARLISLE PUBLIC LIBRARY
SULLIVAN COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM Carlisle, Indiana Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for the new 2,950-square-foot Carlisle Public Library. This $750.0K library is operated by the Sullivan County Public Library System. Not only did Garmong work with the Owner on budgets, schedule, soft costs and furnishings in the early design phase; we also assisted with providing quality reviews, pay application approvals, change order management and support for Owner relocation activities throughout the construction process.

CRAWFORDSVILLE AIRPORT Crawfordsville, Indiana
The Crawfordsville Airport project consisted of a new 4,200-square-foot terminal building. The Nucor pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) also included a 1,000-square-foot veranda/observation area. The new terminal was built on the original terminal site, which was formerly a small farmhouse purchased along with the property in 1944.

MIDTOWN EAST CARMEL
DOWNTOWN, DUAL PARKING GARAGES Carmel, Indiana Garmong Construction served as Design-Builder for the construction of dual parking garages in downtown Carmel, as part of the overall Midtown Development. The first is a $9.2M, six-story, 581 space parking garage, and the second is a $6.9M, four-story, 317 space garage.

MARION COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT Indianapolis, Indiana
Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for this approximately 30,000-square-foot building that houses the Marion County Health Department administrative offices, as well as their vehicle fleet maintenance garage.

MUNCIE PARKING GARAGE Muncie, Indiana
Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for the City of Muncie on construction of a six-level, precast parking garage. The parking garage was built to serve the students of Ball State University and surrounding shopping areas. The new energy efficient parking garage has two elevators and is surrounded on all sides by a high-end student housing apartment complex.

VALPARAISO SHELL BUILDING Valparaiso, Indiana
Recognizing a critical shortage of immediately available advanced manufacturing shell building space within the Northwest Indiana Region, the City of Valparaiso, Garmong Development Company, and Garmong Construction Services, formed a partnership which resulted in a flexible and expandable 80,000-squarefoot shell building. The building was designed and constructed to allow the attraction of companies that need to be setting equipment within 60 to 90 days of acquisition agreement. With 100% of the exterior site and building components complete, 32’ of clear height, nearly unlimited office and production floor layout opportunities, and permitting and zoning already accomplished; this site and building will afford a prospective owner an anticipated one year production advantage over a traditional green field design/ construction approach.

SHELBYVILLE INTELLIPLEX FLEXLAB
Shelbyville, Indiana Garmong Development Company, LLC partnered with the City of Shelbyville and Major Hospital in the development of a $7.0M state-of-the-art office and flexlab building in the Intelliplex Business Park. This project is housed in a Certified Technology Park and is used to attract and develop high tech, higher ed, biomedical, and other technology related end users. The two-story, 50,000-square-foot building has an exterior of brick, stone and glass, a fully finished lobby and common areas. As tenants are identified and committed, their space, ranging from 4,000 –10,000 square-feet, can be quickly built-out to individual specifications and needs. Tenants already occupying space in the incubator include Ivy Tech Shelbyville Campus and LifeShare Technologies. Garmong Development Company, LLC provided all project development services including initial project financing, conceptual planning, site/facilities design, construction, and assistance with project marketing.

VERMILLION RISE MEGA PARK SHELL BUILDING Hillsdale, Indiana Working closely with the Newport Chemical Depot Reuse Authority and Vermillion County, Garmong Construction provided design, construction, and the financial capital necessary for a new 50,000-square-foot shell building. Located in the Vermillion Rise Mega Park, the building is constructed of pre-cast concrete, to a clear height of 32’, includes two docks with provisional space for additional docks, and is expandable to 200,000 square-feet. The shell building offers a flexible, industrial space that allows manufacturing prospects to place equipment in less than 120 days from execution of letter of intent to purchase or lease.

MID AMERICA COMMERCE PARK SHELL BUILDING Wolcott, Indiana Garmong Construction and the White County Economic Development Organization, Inc. worked together to construct a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing-specific speculative building in the Mid America Commerce Park in Wolcott, Indiana. The facility is positioned on 21 acres of land and is expandable to 240,000 square-feet. It includes a 32’ eave height, 50 x 50 dock spacing, 18’h x 14’w overhead doors and is one mile east of I-65.

INDUSTRIA CENTRE INDUSTRIAL PARK SHELL BUILDING Muncie, Indiana Garmong Construction and the Muncie-Delaware County Economic Development Alliance worked together to construct a 200,000-square-foot manufacturing-specific speculative building in the Industria Centre Industrial Park in Muncie, Indiana. The facility is positioned on 34 acres of land and is expandable to 500,000 square-feet. It includes 32’ eave height, 50 x 50 bay width, five docks, and is located in a TIF district.

JOBSITE SAFETY Anticipating risk is critical in our industry. This includes personal injury and property damage, both of which can be devastating and interruptive. Through regular safety audits, daily recorded progress reports, and fluid communication between the project team and our clients, our focus on safety remains in the forefront.

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS Garmong’s safety personnel are rarely found in the office, as they travel the state regularly visiting jobsites, ensuring construction activities are being performed in compliance, and educating our Superintendents and their craftsmen on changes in regulation or practice. They also ensure our field teams are receiving the necessary (and often required) training that is relevant to their assigned jobsite, and to the industry as a whole. Our Superintendents are also equipped with the latest software and technology, including iPads, allowing for real time communication and daily progress report sharing with clients and with the office. We have been a member of CCS since 2013.
