fst rw new It is a special polymer mixture suitable to carry-out different applications on denim garments, all achieved thanks to its characteristics of outstanding indigo and sulphur dyes fixation.

It does not alter fabrics mechanical properties and it can be used to perform zero formaldehyde treatments.

Indigo fixation fst rw new is able to improve washing and rubbing fastness of denim garments, reducing color bleeding during subsequent treatment phases. fst rw new can be applied by exhaustion, spray or dipping, both on rigid or desized garments. fst rw new improves scrapeability of treated fabrics, allowing to get more brilliant garments with exaltation of abraded areas.

During following washing phases, it is recommended the use of our denim breeze product range, that works at cold temperature, resulting in very limited color bleeding and improved quality.

truly raw The use of fst rw new to realize truly raw effects allows to achieve fashionable treatments with the original shade and appearance of raw fabric. At the same time fst rw new is also able to grant the comfort and the pleasantness felt in wearing a washed garment. Best looks and results are achievable by following the below recommendations: dry/cure garments in static oven at 120°C, to prevent eventual abrasions during the subsequent washing steps, use products of the denim breeze line, working at cold temperature, since they are able to further limit color bleeding dry and treat garments inside out.

Garments treated with fst rw new for truly raw effects can keep their look unchanged even after repeated home laundering.

fst rw new in 3D effects fst rw new added to resins or mixture of resins for 3D effects is able to increase performances both in terms of fixation and of whiskers permanence.

It is possible to apply mixtures with fst rw new by spray on raw to obtain 3D effects with unwashed look.
