Ni Overview – 2023-2024 • You pay national insurance contributions if you earn more than £242 a week; • You pay 12% of your earnings above this limit and up to £967 a week; • The rate drops to 2% of your earnings over £967 a week. All workers are automatically enrolled into our pension scheme, as per our legal requirements, after a 12-week postponement. The deductions are calculated at 5% of earnings over £120 per week up to £967. Your employer will also contribute 3%.
