Deductions from pay required by Your employer is required by law to deduct income tax and national insurance. All employees are automatically enrolled into your employers pension scheme, as per legal requirements, after a 12-week postponement. The deductions are calculated at 5% of earnings over £120 per week up to £962 (2020-2021) £967 (2021-2022). Your employer will also contribute 3%.

Holiday Entitlement and Pay: You are entitled to 5.6 weeks (28 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays) annual holiday accrued in proportion to the hours that you work, to be paid as leave taken. If you work at one company for more than 12 weeks, you might be entitled to additional holiday entitlement to match their directly employed workers.

Additional Benefits: These could include access to collective facilities provided by a hirer on day one of an assignment under AWR. These will vary from client to client, your Assignment Schedule will provide the specific details for any assignments you accept.
