Ganesh ASL Model CNC Lathes The new ASL line of lathes provides superior performance in accommodating heavy cutting loads and providing high quality surface finishes. The new ASL line is constructed of top quality materials capable of withstanding the wear and tear that CNC Slant Bed lathes endure daily. The new line is specifically designed to provide excellent performance in terms of heavy metal removal and cut capability.

The company has four new models of ASL machines, including: The ASL-8 CNC Slant Bed Lathes: The machine includes eight three-jaw hydraulic chuck with a 2.5-inch thru-bore, 20-inch swing-over bedways, 12.5-inch swing-over saddle, 22inch, and 39-inch turning lengths.

The ASL-10 CNC Slant Bed Turning Milling: The machine includes 10-inch three-jaw hydraulic chuck with a three-inch thru-bore, 20-inch swing-over bedways, 12.5-inch swing-over saddle, 22-inch, and 39-inch turning lengths.

The ASL-15 Boxway Slant Bed Turn Mill Machine: The machine includes 15-inch threejaw hydraulic chuck with a four-inch thru-bore, 24-inch swing over bedways, 15-inch swing-over saddle, 19.6-inch maximum turning diameter, and 27-inch, 47-inch, 66-inch, 86-inch, and 118-inch turning lengths.

The ASL-20 Heavy Duty CNC Slant Bed Lathe: The machine includes 20-inch three-jaw hydraulic chuck with a 6.5-inch thru-hole, 29-inch swing-over bedways, 23-inch swingover saddle, 21-inch cutting diameter. The device is available with 29-inch, 47-inch, 68inch, 88-inch, and 125-inch z-axis travel.

The new ASL lines have a variety of good standard features, such as a tool pre-setter to cut setup times, devices to prolong coolant life and reduce interruptions, autoshutdown, a variety of programmable features, and more.

Ganesh KSL Model CNC Turning & Milling Machines Ganesh’s new KSL line of CNC milling and turning machines is designed to meet increasing efficiency demands on machine shops around the country. The new devices provide a higher standard of accuracy, and also work to reduce downtime and inefficiencies.

The new KSL line includes three models: The KSL-5210 CNC Turning Center: The device includes an eight-inch hydraulic chuck, 52 millimeter bar capacity, tailstock and parts catchers with some devices, high speed servo turret, collet chucks, Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls, barfeeders on some devices, and remote MPG handwheel.

The KSL-5212TMY CNC Turn/Mill Center: The device includes a high performance full “C” axis, full “Y” axis, an eight-inch hydraulic chuck, a two-inch bar capacity, a standard chip conveyor, tailstock, live tool holders, milling and turning for finished parts, and Mitsubishi controls. Spindle probe, barfeeder, and parts catcher on select models.

The KSL-7612TMY CNC Turn/Mill Center: The device includes a 10-inch hydraulic chuck, a three-inch bar capacity, high performance “C” and “Y” axes, rugged box ways, Mitsubishi controls, tailstock, chip conveyor, live tool holders, and milling and turning for finished parts. Spindle probe, barfeeder, and parts catcher on select models.
