And while land-based operators were hit particularly hard by the pandemic, from out of that adversity came a lot of great product innovation, creativity and ingenuity to celebrate. For instance, our first nominee for Land-Based Product, IGT’s PeakBarTop epitomizes hardware innovation that helps propel the future of the gaming industry. The cabinet boasts a curved, 23-inch display, enhanced lighting and sound, a USB charging port, a play-level indicator and improved serviceability. The PeakBarTop became a huge hit in US casinos immediately after its launch in mid-2020. Another deserving nominee on the list is Incredible Technologies Prosperity Boost Themes. Happy 8’s & Jolly 8’s Prosperity Boost are a smash-hit on Infinity Pilot cabinets with an iconic eight-spin persistent feature.
