Race Verdict

Many of these have questions to answer, whether in terms of trip, ground, or recent form. It may be worth siding with BRIDESWELL LAD who ended last season on an upward curve and should be spot-on after a hurdles run last month. Hunter chaser Good Bye Sam could make his presence despite a long layoff. Desertmore House is the least exposed of these as a chaser. Both Percy Warner and Your Darling lack a recent run but should not be ruled out. [Alan Sweetman]
