Dear friends! After a long pause you are holding a new issue of our corporate magazine. Half a year – is a long term during which many dealership centers have reached new heights. It is very pleasant to realize that this period was highlighted with bright achievements. As experience shows - hard -working people win. And here this issue will tell you about life and triumphs of our dealership centers. You might already be acquainted with our “Brain Storm” section. Now we offer you to express your creativity and take part in the photo contest “Together on the photo me and Toyota”. And more pleasant things: Summer goes in its full blast! Toyota Center Donetsk “Avtogals”: from bronze to gold It is pleasant to open our issue with such a wonderful event. High standards of “Avtogals” after sales service maintenance are marked with TSM Golden Certificate. On 24 May 2013 Toyota Center Donetsk “Avtogals” was solemnly awarded with TSM Golden Certificate. Many guests came to congratulate Toyota Center, among them were CFI “Toyota Ukraine”, shareholders and partners. We would like to note that Toyota Center Donetsk “Avtogals” was the first to receive such an honorable Certificate among 33 official dealership centers in Toyota Ukraine network. Today “Avtogals” still holds its leading positions and rightly receives TSM Certificates of other ranks. We all remember this significant dates: 2009 – the first Bronze Certificate – general service maintenance; 2010 – Silver Certificate – body

and paint maintenance; 2011 – second Silver Certificate – general service maintenance and 2013 – Golden Certificate, earned by everyday hard work. General Director of CFI “Toyota Ukraine” personally congratulated employees of “Avtogals” and paid special attention to the responsibility that company bares before customers. Such a high recognition proves that dealership center guarantees high quality service maintenance of customer`s vehicles. Especially to this event management of CFI “Toyota Ukraine” prepared memorable souvenirs for every employee of dealership center. General manger of service department of CFI “Toyota Ukraine” Igor Ksendzyuk and general manager of spare parts department and accessories of CFI “Toyota Ukraine” Ken Hirano personally presented employees with souvenirs. And particular attention was given to those who worked in the Company since it was founded. Those people, professional tutors and guardians of traditions, were awarded with diplomas and exclusive brand watches. After the official ceremony everyone could enjoy the holiday and cocktail dinner.

We wish you luck in your new home, “Autowind”! Summer beginning was very pleasant and joyful for the staff and customers of Toyota Center Lugansk “Autowind”. Dealership center extended its boundaries and moved to a new showroom. The occasion itself can be really called a major one. Not only square meters speak about that but also big possibilities for better quality of customer service. Showroom territory has extended from 1750 to 2015sq meters and now the whole Toyota model line can be presented here. General territory has also extended now and allows to place maximum vehicles for test-drive. The absolute advantage of a new showroom is its location. Close distance to central city road allowed to change test-drive route so now customers can feel the car in the best way. There is also a plan to organize special area of solemn passing a car to its rightful owner.

Official showroom opening took place in June 2013. Guests of the holiday could make a test drive of any Toyota car, they also could help themselves at the eco-bar with fresh drinks from professional barman. Who became “The most Stylish” and where the “Golden Globe” is now? This year brought its innovations into our projects “Toyota Style” and “Golden Globe”. And here we will tell you about those changes with pleasure.
Toyota Style Stylish ceramic auto “Toyota Style – 2012” was followed by nor less interesting example. “Toyota Style – 2013” – is a unique trophy produced by hammer-work in a single piece. The idea of the award was taken from legendary pick up Toyota Hilux*, which in 2007 became the first vehicle to reach the North Pole. One more innovation of the project became the awarding of the salesmen. The

nomination is awarded once in a quarter to the best salesman in the group of our companies for creating the most stylish images of Toyota vehicles. The award is implemented in a form of stylish golden badge “The best salesman of Toyota Style - 2013”, which also can be passed to another salesman according to the results. The results of the year will show who will hold this badge forever.
*Legendary pick up Toyota Hilux* in 2007 became the first vehicle in the world to reach the North Pole. Professionals think that Toyota Hilux performed an impossible act. The vehicle covered the distance of 385 sea miles (713 km) within 6 days, with -36C and below. The vehicle reached the places where no other vehicle could reach before and won the race with riding dogs. From 10 November up to 5 December 2010 four vehicles Toyota Hilux performed an extreme expedition to the South Pole. Vehicles crossed 4600km along the Antarctic, the average temperature was -40C and the coldest -56C. The vehicles reached the heights 3400 km above the sea.
GolDeN GloBe Golden globe project underwent some changes as well. The award of 2013 was produced from natural stone, covered by silver patinating. Globe is decorated with watch and colourful jeweler’s enamel; it is resting on both male and female hands, symbolizing solidarity in the urge to reach the best results. So, who is the leader now, and where the trophy of 2012 is? Let us remember the chronology of events first. In 2012 Donetsk dealer “Avtogals” has beaten everyone and became the constant holder of “Toyota Style - 2012” and money bonus. The annual rating 2012 of the most stylish vehicles was allocated the following way: “Avtogals” – Yaris, Camry, LC 150, LC 200. “Azov Motor” – Auris, Highlander, Hiace. “Autowind” – Prius, Corolla. “Omega Motors” – Avensis, Hilux. “Delta Motors Crimea” – RAV-4, GT86. “Avtogals” is still a leading center and his actives are renewed with an exclusive hammered Hilux. Also we draw your attention that the model range became wider and it gives new possibility to the participants of the contest. “The best salesman of Toyota Style” nomination was given to Denys Gridunov (“Avtogals”), who already wares his honorable badge. The crucial moment in “Golden Globe” project came in the IV quarter when “Avtogals” after long leadership gave its positions to “Delta Motors Crimea”, but nevertheless, according to annual results “Golden Globe – 2012” stays with “Avtogals” for being the leader twice. The beginning of 2013 was quite alive as well. The fight for supplying the best service quality to the customers was won by “Autowind”; “Delta” took the second place.

One of pleasant sides of our life is when our dreams come true. Of course to reach our goals and fulfill our dreams certain strength should be taken. Our guests proved by their example that everything is possible. In March 2013 “Toyota Ukraine” with the support of “Novline company” launched a contest for the creating the most original image of a car. The main prize was a journey to Japan. Every dealership center was actively involved in the competition. However there were just 3 prize places for 33 dealership centers. And it is even more delightful to realize that the 3 of the leaders were the representatives from the group of our companies: “Avtogals” and “Omega Motors”. The names of participant winners are: 1. Alexander Prokopenko – sales consultant “Avtogals” 2. Artem Rusanov – service consultant “Omega Motors” 3. Denys Grechanyuk – sales consultant “Omega Motors” Gals Inform editors asked the winners how they implemented their dream into life. G.I. Has the style of your work changed after the competition started? Artem Rusanov. The style of my work has not changed, but I may say for sure that competition gave me additional motivation for work. Alexander Prokopenko. As for me, first I have studied the product. It gave me clear understanding how this product might be interesting to customers. Then I wrote the list of advantages which helped me to give maximum information to customers. It made our clients interested in the vehicle they were going to buy. 14

ГG.I. What strength did you have to take to be in the number of winners? What is your personal success secret? Denys Grechanyuk. Personal secret lies in a constant work. Comfort and support of our customers – are the main priorities. Sometimes we have to sacrifice our weekends and come to work. But moral satisfaction from joyful smiles of our customers fully compensates tiredness and gives strength and confidence. And you feel that you worked off 100%.
Alexander Prokopenko. As for personal secret – everything is quite easy: you have to be able to present customers a product in which you have no doubts, which you are sure is really the best. G.I. Have you ever dreamed of visiting Toyota motherland?

Denys Grechanyuk. Of course I had thoughts about that, visiting a motherland of company you are working at is a great happiness. I want to penetrate deeper into philosophy of Japanese country, which we try to implement here in Ukraine every day. Artem Rusanov. It will be a real joy and happiness to visit Toyota factory, to see how the vehicles are produced, feel the atmosphere and philosophy of Toyota “Always a better way”. It is really dreams coming true!
G.I. what would you recommend to your colleagues to achieve success in work? Alexander Prokopenko. Now a new motivation program has launched. I am sure that one of the winner should be from “Avtogals” company. Each of us has a chance to become the best. It is important to see the final goal and constantly move to it.

I like to travel, it inspires me a lot. I like active rest in exotic countries, which differ a lot from our country by its culture. That is why I would like to go to Central America, India, Tibet. 15

It is interesting to adopt experience of foreign colleagues and bring a bit of their work to our dealership center. Those who are not among three leaders going to Japan should not be disappointed, as it was already mentioned, we have a possibility now to fight for Autumn trip to Turkey. The best sales consultants who did the best in providing maximum safety of Toyota vehicles will be awarded. An important stage expects those who will take part in annual Toyota Skill Contest. This year in the framework of the Contest sales consultants will have a chance to show their talents as well. The winners of the nominations will be awarded with prizes among which is a trip to Japan. The final stage of the contest and awarding will be held 13 September in Kiev. Let us support our colleagues and wish them luck!

The day of saint Apostles Peter and Pavel. One of Orthodox fasting comes to an end; it is called Apostles fasting or Peter fasting. It has such a name, because comes before one of the most respecting holidays in Russia - The day of saint apostles Peter and Pavel. Its peculiarity is its length - it has no certain boundaries: in different years it may last from 8 days up to 6 weeks. The holiday itself usually comes on 12 July. What are the traditions of celebrating this holiday? How did this holiday come to us? Pavel was called up after Jesus Christ resurrection, so he is not in the number of 12 Christ pupils, who followed Jesus during his earth life. In spite of this Pavel is one of the most respected apostles of Christianity, he and Peter are considered to be the leaders fathers of Church. G.I. What do we know about the life of Apostles Peter and Pavel? What was their mission?

This question “Gals Inform” editors decided to ask, already familiar to our readers, orthodox priest father Nikita Panasyuk. G.I. What are the Apostles, and what is their role in Christianity? F.N. Apostles (from Greek: ambassador, messenger) – followers of Jesus Christ. In the strict sense, term Apostle refers to 12 pupils of Jesus Christ; in a wider meaning - to 70 closest supporters of church. 18
F.N. Before baptizing Peter was named Simon and he was a poor fisherman. As Holy Bible says Peter was the most dedicated follower of Jesus Christ, in spite of the fact that before Jesus was judged Peter withdrew Jesus three times and then he bitterly regretted. Peter also healed ill people, he devoutly testified about Jesus in front of judges, he was executed several times and then resurrected and he never betrayed his faith. As a result he died martyrly in Rome. He considered himself unworthy to be crucified as Jesus, Peter asked to be crucified with his head down. Pavel as Peter is one of the firm giants of Christian Church, though from the beginning he was almost the main persecutor of Christianity. His conversion to faith in Jesus came to him suddenly after he had a wonderful vision. It was a remarkable occasion in his life. He became very happy and was baptized. After that Pavel became the most eager follower of Jesus Christ and expender of Christianity.

Pavel died martyrly in 57 a.d. when Neron the Emperor was in power. Peter and Pavel dedicated their lives to expanding the word of God, suffering from persecutions, and many other sorrows and leaving the foundations of Christianity to us. G.I. How did the tradition to celebrate this day appear? F.N. It is not accidental that this holiday became important. 29th June (Julian calendar) 258 year in Rome was the translation of the relics of Peter and Pavel from their initial burial place to catacombs. The concept of this even was lost as the time passed and the day of 29th June was considered as the day of death of Peter and Pavel. Somewhere in 324 when The Emperor Konstanten was in power, in both capitals of Rome Empire – Rome and Constantinopole were built churches in the memory of Apostles leaders. From that time this day became especially noted and great, and liturgy the most solemn. G.I. Why do we commemorate the memory of these two Apostles in one day? F.N. It is a historic fact. Apostles Peter and Pavel have a lot in common: they both were deeply dedicated to Jesus, they also dedicated their lives to expanding of Christian faith, they were baptized in an adult age, changed their names. They both died for faith in one day in one city, and they left to us worthy heritage in the form of cathedral epistles. G.I. How is this holiday celebrated in Rus? What are the church traditions?

In Orthodox church this holiday is preceded by Peter lent, and one more time it underlines its importance in liturgic circle. People should not do any important work on this day. Birthday of the company – it is not just the next day in the records of dealership center; it is some kind of starting point for new achievements. On this day greetings are accepted, results are summed up, future plans are made, and of course, this holiday is celebrated in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Competition: “Together on the photo me and Toyota” Dear colleagues, we continue the “Brain Storm” column, which was launched in our previous issue. This summer we offer you to express your creativity and participate in the photo contest “Together on the photo me and Toyota”.
PARTICIPANTS: Any employee of a dealership center.
CONDITIONS: • Participants have to send their photo with Toyota (the auto may not belong to the participant); it also may be Toyota logo, sign-board, or any advertising products of TM Toyota (banners, souvenirs, flags). It is allowed to use any background: nature, in the village, in the city or any other place. Your creative ideas are welcomed. • The quantity of photos sent from one participant – 5 pieces. • It is necessary to sign photos, write your name, surname and place. Your original remarks in the framework of the photo contest would be approved! • Period of the contest: from the moment you receive this issue up to 1st September 2013
MAIN DEMANDS TO THE PHOTOS: • Good quality, the image should be clear enough. • Photos copied from books, papers or other sources will not be accepted. It is forbidden to use photos which do not belong to participants. • Originality. • Humour is not obligatory but welcomed.
