Two Hour Passed Antipasti

$50 Cocktail Party Two Hour Passed Antipasti and one Station For any Cocktail Party Choose Three of the Following Antipasti . (For more than 3 options the charge is $3 per person per addition)  Tomato & artichoke with pesto and topped with piave vecchio cheese  Roasted roma tomato in fennel and aged balsamic sauce with herb goat cheese  Caramelized onions with gorgonzola dolce  Cannelloni white bean & herb goat cheese topped with roasted peppers  Roasted red peppers with a mint/basil pesto tossed in balsamic vinegar  Caponata Sicilia ~stewed tomatoes, eggplant, celery and capers served cold  Spinach & artichoke  Beetroot Hummus served on pita chips and drizzled with aged balsamic reduction  Caprese skewers ~ mozzarella ciliegine with cherry tomatoes drizzled with basil oil

Pasta station ($20 per hour per chef for duration of event) (ONE MEAT, ONE SEAFOOD AND ONE VEG OPTION)  Risotto~ Wild mushroom, Shrimp, Red wine  Penne~ Roasted tomato & fennel sauce  Option for meat & seafood available 

Sweet station 

An assortment of Italian cookies, Tiramisu, Cannoli and seasonal fresh fruit
