About Us

For over twelve years, GallantFew has provided an alternative to transition and reintegration that focuses on a veteran’s abilities, not their disabilities. The “system” tells a veteran they are 100% disabled and expects nothing from them. GallantFew believes every veteran continues to have the ability to contribute in a positive manner to their families and to their communities. VetSTAR coaching is geared at identifying the negative self-talk that limits one’s ability to move towards their objectives and puts in place an intentional pathway to achieve those objectives.

It begins with the GallantFew Azimuth Check™, a holistic self-assessment that identifies where a person is emotionally, physically, spiritually, professionally, and socially. We encourage anyone, not just veterans, to take the assessment and use the online resources to improve their levels of fitness. Veterans receive the opportunity to have one-on-one mentoring or counseling with a GallantFew staff member. We encourage people to retake the GallantFew Azimuth Check™ periodically and view their progress on the VetSTAR™ portal.

We challenge the VA to encourage every veteran to take the GallantFew Azimuth Check or a similar assessment annually. Use those results to refer veterans to specific resources and to monitor change over time.

To those who have supported and continue to support GallantFew financially and through volunteering, thank you. Without your support and the support of our major donors

Trillimed, Classic Chevrolet, Phantom Products, Honoring Sandrino Fund, Masco, MG+M, and more, we would not be America’s Veteran Team.

What GallantFew does works. It’s unique in that it shows outcomes and has a strong basis for organizational and personal accountability If you haven’t taken the GallantFew Azimuth Check yet, please do!

KARL MONGER FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

To be frank, my life was a train wreck. After working with the phenomenal team at GallantFew and utilizing some of the programs offered, my life is back on track and I am in a much better spot on my journey. Simply put, GallantFew is a life-changing, life-saving organization. I would encourage any veteran wanting help to reach out and any patriot that can, to support this organization.
