In charge of the coordination and design management on a larger and smaller project scale. Communication and negotiation with the client and operator to establish expectations and standards for, later on, getting the subsequent project approvals. Establishment of different scopes and follow up on them with all the design consultants involved, as well as verification of all drawings of partial and final deliveries. Coordinating hand in hand with the cost and construction team to ensure that the project is executed in line with the budget and established times.

Remodeling and expansion of a hotel in Costa Careyes, Jalisco. Development of architectural design and construction drawings for suites operated by the hotel and private residences within the complex. An on-site representative for quality control of the construction, following up on every detail to meet design expectations. 64 rooms, restaurant, lobby, common areas.

Expansion of the Park Royal Cancún Hotel. Development of architectural and construction drawings, following the flow and route requirements of users according to the operator's sales scheme, emphasizing and framing the view amazing view of the Caribbean at every step. As well as development of a sky bar on the new structure. Intervention on the façade to integrate the new highly contemporary volume with the existing pyramid-shaped building.
