H OW W E E N G AG E RESIDENTS CAPTIVATE!™ LOYALTY PROGRAM In 2017, we launched a points-based loyalty program called CAPTIVATE! to engage and reward residents for various activities. Residents participate in “challenges,” such as posting online reviews, completing surveys on our performance, posting about their community on social media, attending a resident event or renewing a lease. We reward them with points redeemable for Amazon, Starbucks, Nike or iTunes gift cards, or vouchers for apartment home enhancements. In 2019, more than 23,000 residents participated, which is almost 62 percent of residents in Gables communities offering CAPTIVATE!

PARTICIPATED DIGITALLY ENGAGED: THE GABLES MOBILE APP The Gables mobile app is a convenient resource for our residents. It puts everything related to our communities in one place, including a bulletin board, event calendars, social media links, maintenance trackers, rent payment portal, retail rewards, package delivery notifications and weather forecasts.
