EMAIL SIGNATURES EMAIL USAGE AND SPECIFICATIONS
To maintain a standard of visual presentation in the use of email for internal and external communications, all staff have been setup with an email signature by our Marketing Department and uploaded by the IT Department. All are consistent in format, easy to read and display relevant contact details. Please ensure the details listed on your email signature are correct and liaise with IT if any change need to be made. The standard white background should be used for all emails sent on behalf of Emmanuel Catholic College. Coloured backgrounds, pictures, patterns should be avoided as it can be distracting to the reader.

EMAIL SIGNATURE - SEQTA
All SEQTA emails will have the consistency and visual presentation of our email signature. The Marketing Department will create the artwork of the email and uploaded to SEQTA via the IT Department and SEQTA. Email signature artwork will be set to the current College branding and will not alter for the duration of the set branding.
