Referral Pathway

Referring for a Community Resolution

Using the IPatrol App from a mobile device generate the CR1 and CR2 forms. From a desktop find the CR1 & CR2 forms located in the custody record/disposal tab.

Create a task to the Diversion Hub team who will make the referral to the course/intervention provider, liaise with the courts when compensation is to be paid and monitor compliance with conditions.

Referring a Conditional Caution

Refer to a Custody/VA Sergeant for authorisation and administering. The MG14 document will be tasked to the Diversion Hub team to manage the referral, conditions and monitor compliance.

Referring a Simple Caution

Simple cautions are used for Domestic abuse offences only, and disposals will need inspectors authorisation
