Freshers e m m a r g o r P 2016

check out what’s going on over freshers!

Welcome to FXU Freshers! Over the next couple of weeks we plan to showcase what we, and the campus, have to offer during your time studying in Cornwall. We’re starting this year with over 100 different sports clubs and societies! Take a look at their pages on our website to see what takes your fancy and get stuck in with the various taster sessions – they’re FREE during the Freshers period! That’s right, there are no membership fees until AFTER Freshers. We’ve also got volunteering activities, environmental projects and, of course, the big Stannary nights. So whether you want to try a new sport, pop along to a society get-together or get stuck into a volunteering project, we’ve got you covered. Dates, times and locations were correct at the time of going to print but keep an eye on the website and social media for additional events and amendments: www.fxu.org.uk/freshers2016. We love seeing what you get up to, so be sure to tag us in your antics on social media: /FXUnion @FXUtweet fxu_insta /fxunion

If you would like more information about each activity, you can check out the individual web pages for our sports and societies at www.fxu.org.uk/sport_soc/socs/ or you can contact the student committees. Alternatively you can get in touch with the Activities Team by emailing sports@fxu.org.uk or societies@fxu.org.uk.
