What is the best advice you offer someone buying/ selling a home?
As an expert in real estate, my biggest piece of advice for someone buying or selling a home is to be patient and thorough in the process. Rushing through the buying or selling process can lead to regrettable decisions or missed opportunities. Take the time to research the market, understand your budget and needs, and work with a trusted real estate professional who can guide you through the process.
