Homes, architecture, and interiors have always been a passion for Parks Broadwest realtor Aaron Kinssies. “I’m fascinated with how physical space affects our energy and mood, so guiding people as they find a space that fits their very unique and specific needs is a blast to me.” A music industry veteran, Aaron enjoys living and working in Nashville while helping clients find their homes — whether that’s a high-rise luxury condo downtown or a first-time home that varies across region and price point.

How do you go above and beyond for your clients?

I take immense pride in ensuring my clients understand how their decisions will impact their life and finances. I arm my clients with all the information they need to make the best decision for their situation, and I approach each person with empathy, compassion and understanding as they walk through a stressful process and major decision.

What inspired you to enter real estate?

I worked in the music industry for over 2 decades and had the amazing privilege to represent some incredible artists over the years, including a few very successful names. Real estate had been in the back of my mind for many years, and when the pandemic hit, I took the opportunity to get my license. I honestly didn’t think I would fully make the transition into real estate, but once I started selling properties, I quickly fell in love with it.

What sets you apart from other realtors in the area?

My time representing superstars set me up for success as I represent buyers and sellers. As an artist manager, I represented clients and negotiated some very complex contracts. My understanding of how a contract works has given me the ability to ensure that my buyers and sellers are always protected in this area.

What drives/motivates you outside of your work?

Though I am not currently in my best fighting shape, running is a big part of my life. I’ve done a handful of marathons, and I absolutely love what the process teaches me. The idea of taking something that feels impossible, breaking it down into bite-sized pieces, and then just executing the plan proves that the impossible is actually possible. This bleeds into every aspect of life. When running long distances, there are times you feel like you can’t keep going. But you do. This mentality seeps into every part of life. When I feel like a work situation is too much to handle, this mindset kicks in and drives me to keep going.
